Is there a way to send the partial entry to the person?
How can we send the partial entry to the person for it to be completed?
Seems like the logical next step would be to send a reminder to the person to complete their form.
Are you looking for something similar to an abandoned cart notice?
You can use save and resume button setting to send an email link to the person, or you can conditional email notification to remind the person to fill up the form, you can send the partial entry data in the email too

They actually were able to resume the second time (the first partial entry on the page is the same person).
However, I do not have any option to send an email link to the person in the partial entry page (see attached). What am I missing?
Wendy Shoef so you want to send a reminder. Right now its not possible to send a reminder conditionally
