Hi is it possible to add tags to a customer based on variations / attributes from woocommerce? if yes a link to videos or documentation would be great. I have looked but cant find anything.

This is what I am trying to achieve. when an order is placed, I want to add tags to the customer.

I have a product that has 2 variations (See the image ) I can add the master product as a tag from the product page which is not a problem but I also want to be able to tag the customer with Strength and Flavour. The goal is I want to be able to email all customers that bought product X in Y strength with Z flavour.

IF Fluent can't do this is there additional add on or plugin that would allow me to achieve this?

Thanks in advance.

Hi guys. There seems to be a point of conflict between creating customer accounts between Woocommerce and FluentCRM automations.

In Woocommerce I can click "Allow customers to create an account during checkout."

However, in FluentCRM, i can set up an automation so that once someone purchases the product, I can also set a trigger so that upon purchasing the product the customer will be sent their WordPress login/password so they can accesss their Fluent Community space.

The image below shows the screenshot of the automation created in FluentCRM. What other password does FluentCRM send here, if the customer also created an account during their Woocommerce checkout?

Does this not conflict? I am unsure if the customer would receive two accounts in this case, and if the purchase would automatically create the user account using the customers paypal email (and not a designated email address they prefer?)

Any insights would be most welcome, thanks tribe <3

Create Customer Accounts at Woo Checkout vs. FluentCRM Automation?

I know sms is coming to FluentCRM but how about also browser push notifications?

Hello everyone. Newbie here. I am wondering if FluentCRM can schedule, segment my email list every few hours instead of sending them all at once?

My email provider can send a max of 300 emails an hour. They are a great provider and I would like to use them instead of another paid service.

Any help is appreciated.

Hey everyone,

I’ve been thinking about this for a long time, and I’d love your feedback (especially from those running service-based businesses).

FCRM has grown a lot, and the recent addition of sending transactional emails directly from the contact profile was a great step.

But here’s the gap:

Those emails still end up as normal SMTP records and we all know those logs must be purged regularly to keep the DB clean.

For consultants, agencies, designers… 90% of client communication lives in email. And what’s missing is a proper, persistent conversation record, similar to what Fluent Support achieves with email piping.

I’m referring to something like:

  • Real threaded email history
  • Open/close style entries
  • Clear timeline of exchanges with a contact
  • No need to manually copy/paste emails into Notes (which is error-prone and easy to forget)

Many CRMs (especially B2B-oriented ones) offer this: a unified conversation history that becomes the backbone for follow-up, pipelines, and client management.

In FCRM we currently use the Notes area with toggles like β€œproposal sent”, β€œaccepted”, β€œnot accepted”, etc. But:

  • Notes are not designed for message history
  • You can’t filter or distinguish between record types
  • It feels like the feature was meant to grow into something biggerβ€”but it hasn’t yet
  • Copying an email into a note is… well, not ideal πŸ˜…

Email piping in Fluent Support gets close to what would solve this, but using a helpdesk ticketing plugin to emulate CRM communications feels like a workaround, not the real solution.

I’d love to see:

  1. Email piping (or similar ingestion) directly into FCRM
  2. A true message timeline tied to each contact
  3. Better handling of proposals/estimates as first-class CRM objects
  4. Integration with the future Pipeline so we get real relationship tracking

We already archive everything independently in our firm, so this isn’t about storageβ€”it’s about workflow.

If FCRM gave more love to transactional email records and the Notes section, it could evolve into a proper client conversation manager instead of a lightweight event log.

Curious to hear how others are handling this.

Anyone using Support + piping as a workaround? Do you feel the same gap?

Looking forward to your thoughts.

Sometimes it is quite handy to be able to log as a registered user so as to check or troubleshoot from their side.

Would be nice to have some kind of "User switch" feature on FCRM

#featurerequest

When I select a contact the contact loads but in the bottom right I get an error box pop up which says

Unknown column 'Esc97O02C_fluentform_transactions.submission_id' in 'on clause' (SQL: select `Esc97O02C_fluentform_subscriptions`.*, `Esc97O02C_fluentform_transactions`.`currency` from `Esc97O02C_fluentform_subscriptions` inner join `Esc97O02C_fluentform_transactions` on `Esc97O02C_fluentform_subscriptions`.`submission_id` = `Esc97O02C_fluentform_transactions`.`submission_id` where `Esc97O02C_fluentform_transactions`.`payer_email` = 'truncated' order by `Esc97O02C_fluentform_subscriptions`.`created_at` desc)

Is this something I have done wrong in the setup / settings.

Thanks

Nick

Shahjahan JewelΒ (or anybody else) is there an API endpoint that can pull all segments and their current size? Similar to how the subscriber growth endpoint functions?

How are bounces and unsubscribes handled in Fluent in terms of adding someone back into the system? I've had instances in Active Campaign where people may have bounced for a temporary issue but then months later sign up for a lead magnet and never receive it because they previously bounced. I have to email Active Campaign to "debounce" them which is super annoying. For temp bounces, does the system continue to try to send over a few days? For longer term ones like I mentioned is there a way to clear them automatically if the opt-in again?

Approximately how many users can FluentCRM handle? We have Active Campaign right now and over 60k contacts. We don't send out to that many people (probably more like half of that) due to unsubscribes etc, but we want to keep track of these people. Just curious if there are some running high contact counts and how the system holds up.
