Can FluentCRM capture email opt in contacts city and country?

For example Kit captures a persons city and country based on the opt-in and their IP

Is there a reason why FluentCRM does not have this? am i missing something, is it possible?

I was wondering if you ninjas are considering to implement AI for CRM? Things like predictive sending, segmentation, customer journey could use some AI love 😍

Hey! I am sending custom emails with automations, but there is no UTM option there. It's only supported for email sequences and campaign emails. Can you add them to custom emails as well? Thanks!

OK it's not woking any help or ideas appreciated.

The first box defines the form submitted

The second box checks to see if they are a Woo Customer or not. If they are YES then do nothing end the funnel.

If not NO then send them a 5 email sequence then end the funnel.

Problem is it's not working.

When I fill in the form I get added to the contact list and the correct List and tag is applied but no emails are sent. I don't have the opt in set yet in the form just wanted to see if I could get this working.

Thanks in advance.

Nick

New here just after some help after reading the docs I have set up my first automation.

I inserted a Smart Code {{other.date}} into the email Subject line for a campaign. When it was sent, it was replaced with nothing (blank) which made the Subject line look a bit stupid.

Smart codes, eg {{contact.first_name}} work fine in the email message. Can someone confirm if smart codes can be used eg in the email Subject line?

Wondering how to achieve this. I have WSForm, FluentCRM, and FluentSMTP on a client site.

I recently sent some test emails and I wanted to know how can I override the default email styles and style them with Fluentcrm, the emails are being sent with WSForm, is this even possible to change wordpress's default email template which is plain

For a list of around 10k, if we connect fluentcrm via Amazon SES, what server specs is required to send marketing/newsletter email 3x a week? How much would it cost in total? Just getting some idea. Thank you.

Here's something for the wishlist.

I wish I could reorder sections of custom fields in the contact profile.

And moreover, I wish the sections had toggles so I could keep the sections I only need occasionally, closed.

Has anyone figured out a way to assign managers to contacts so that they can only view and edit those contacts? I'd really love if my sub-contractors could view and add notes to a contact, but not delete notes or information entered by admin.

It would be interesting to add a button to send a note or other information either to the customer or to a colleague by email from the interface without having to open his email software, take a screenshot to attach it or copy and paste the text into the email. For example, as on the attached screenshot, or another solution. Essential enough to send a summary of a meeting to your client.

Addition idea: Add a send button in notes
