This may be obvious. On the 5 site Licence. Does this mean you have 5 shops independent from one another. Or would it be that you can have one single shop spread over 5 web sites? πŸ˜€

A product bundle option that let's you select one or more products that belong in a bundle.

  • The bundle could be offered as a bundle of products. It would be clear from the product page you're buying a bundle of items.
  • Alternatively, there could be another option: when a customer adds product A to their cart, product B is automatically added as well. There should probably be an option to prevent a customer from removing the bundle product from their cart.

Personally I'm most looking forward to the latter option.

Thank you for paystack. Please consider rave payment gateway. Rave is the second most used payment gateway in Africa. It have people based payment methods across Africa

The screenshot here is for a product with simple variations (no subscriptions what-so-ever). For some reason when you try to add downloads it displays each variation as "Yearly".

When adding downloads - it says "Yearly" despite being a one-item purchase

For sure, it's really cool that a customer can purchase more than one subscription at a time in FluentCart (e.g., those selling plugin subscriptions). But for membership course operators (like me), I foresee some customer support nightmares in our future!

I'm doing my best to use the "simple variations" and "upgrade path" options for subscription products so that members can use the "Upgrade Plan" button on their account subscription (tab) page. And in a perfect world, this is all they would ever click to change to a different plan type or price. But we know this isn't going to be the case.

I'm a bit concerned some of my members, instead, will think they are upgrading (replacing) their current subscription correctly when they go back to my membership sales page and they click on a different membership (buy button) than they currently have, or they find a link to a discounted version of my membership (a completely different membership subscription product with different pricing) than they currently have (maybe in a promotional email)... which will take them to the checkout with a new subscription. Then a month (or even more) later, they check their credit card statements and they realize they have two memberships running at the same time β€” and they have been paying for both!!!

Now I have to explain, apologize, and figure out how to manually refund or manually add time to their subscription plan.

I think we might need a setting: "Only allow customers to have 1 subscription at a time." (I see there's a product setting to "limit purchases to 1 item perΒ order" β€” which is great! But this is completely different and also needed)

Or, maybe a more correct way to implement this would be to have an optional "Only 1 at a Time" category checkbox on each of our subscription products, so that if a customer later tries to add another subscription product also marked "Only 1 at a Time," FluentCart will then know it needs to replace their current subscription with the new one in the checkout process. This alternate method would allow some of our global premium (membership type) subscriptions to be sold only one at a time, while also having other (maybe minor) subscription types be sold alongside at the same time (e.g., addon "VIP" Community spaces, or addon course lessons not included in our main membership pricing)

I would also propose that when a customer, currently already with a subscription, goes to checkout with another subscription, their new subscription is pro-rated (discounted) based on how much "paid" time they have left on their current subscription. (Like how the "Upgrade Plan" button works)

Does Fluent cart off a way for users to change passwords in the profile section?

There's a issue with new fluent cart customer dashboard icons. Would be better to remove those active customer nav bars on the left so the icons be center aligned like the logout buttons. Also would love the ability to customize this thing a bit more without CSS, and or make it more dark mode friendly.

Also I wish the dashboard tab worked like a subscription vs recent purchases, which is redundant since we have purchase history in the tab below it.

Fluent Cart Customer Dashboard - UX styling issues

I'm having a strange error when someone buys a product. For whatever reason, I get an error from Amazon SES in my FluentSMTP logs saying "The security token included in the request is invalid."

It's usually on the "Purchase Receipt #INV-" receipts mailed to the users. I have NEVER had a failure of a send not associated with a purchase; so all my normal FluentCRM automations go out just fine. What's super odd is when I did a purchase of my product I couldn't replicate the issue. Also, when I press retry in FluentSMTP, it works flawlessly.

I've worked with support but they think it's just an Amazon issue. So I'm reaching out to you guys seeing if you have the same setup with me and have noticed the same thing?

Anyone Using Amazon SES + FluentSMTP + FluentCRM?

Hello! I'm new here and I've seen from minor research that Square will be a payment processor soon. Any estimation on when it will be available? In the meantime, will I be able to connect it through custom payment gateways? I'm excited to switch from Woocommerce but I need to connect to Sqaure.

Thanks!

I've put in a feature request some time ago for product stock per day where you can define how much of a product you have in stock on a given day. Great for small bakeries and local food pickup businesses that may have varying stock from day to day or week to week. When someone places an order for a particular day, there would be a check to see what the available stock is for that day.

Does anyone else think this would be a nice addition to FluenCart?

Are there any devs in the community here who may be able to code a nice plugin for this functionality in the meantime? Paid of course.
