Coupon
I created a monthly membership for €7.70 and, in addition, a one-time setup fee of €115. I also created a coupon “FTMT33” that was supposed to give a 33% discount on the order. However, the discount was not applied. The coupon is shown, but the amount was not deducted. I have the feeling that the discount coupon does not work on setup fees. This is a big problem for me. How can I fix this? Thank you.

Coupon area looks different. Maybe your coupon is not set to a percentage. And yes, currently, the coupon does not apply to fixed fees. We will add more features to the coupon in the future.
