Hello FluentCart users,
In the initial FluentCart integration release, we added 13 events. After the first release, we received lots of requests to add new use cases. Weβve listened and shipped 74 new events.
Now, Bit Flows has a total of 87 events, with 30 triggers and 57 actions.
The full list of FluentCart triggers and actions is in the comments.
Please review it and let us know your feedback and any event requests in the comments.

We don't want to use a coupon field at checkout, because it usually leads to customers navigating away from the checkout process to search for coupon codes online.
We prefer to generate automatically applied URL coupons that can be embedded into an email. I'll give you a scenario:
We email customers a newsletter or sales announcement that has a clickable link to the e-comm site. When a customer arrives at the site from that link, it will automatically apply 10% or 20% (etc) off everything they place in their cart. Then, when they checkout, the discount is already applied; no coupon code field required.
We would advocate for that feature in the strongest terms--coupon fields are a conversion killer--customers get distracted, leave the site, get disappointed not to find a coupon code, and run into spammy coupon sites that leave a bitter experience reflecting on the shop. It also increases email open rates, if a customer knows that's the only way to receive discounts.
Hi team,
I need a clear confirmation regarding membership role management in FluentCart.
My requirement is simple:
- When a user purchases a subscription/membership product β assign a specific WordPress role.
- When that subscription expires, cancels, fails to renew, or is refunded β automatically revert the user back to the default role.
Right now this is not supported natively, and I do not want to rely on FluentCRM or external automations for such a core membership function.
Can you confirm whether this feature will be added directly inside FluentCart?
And if yes, is there any timeline or roadmap for native role assignment + role reversion based on subscription lifecycle events?
This is a critical requirement for deciding whether FluentCart is suitable for my membership system.
Thanks.
Would it be possible to sell licenses to companies, where every license stands for a Wordpress User that can be created on my site? Meaning: a company buys 10 licenses from me so that 10 employees can register for my paid community individually?
Hiya, Iβm exploring how to set up a product license that is to be sold via FluentCart, what Iβm wondering though is how can I βbypassβ the license order process for internal users. In other words, create a license like it was sold but without actually buying one through the interface.
I found how to create a customer, but that customer hasnβt bought anything of course when you just create a customer, so how can I attach a license?
Friends, I noticed a strange work of the store's page shortcode. At the very beginning, if you create a website from scratch, you can use the FluentCart panel to create a working interface for the store's page. However, if you try to add a shortcode or by inserting a snippet that is in the constructor set, the fragment will no longer work. The left part of the product filter will not appear and the shortcode will not visualize itself on the edit page either. On my working store in editor mode, it shows that there is an error in displaying the block, although it shows normally on the frontend. I noticed from the very beginning that the snippet of the FluentCart Product works strangely, but the situation has not changed over time. Friends, what do you say about this issue? Does everyone have a FluentCart Product shortcode working correctly?
If I click "Do you have a coupon?", nothing happens and it doesn't open a new tab. Any help? It's configured and active in FCard.
Is there any feature available or API request we can use for bulk downloading and / or automating the download of the invoices?
Suggestion: if this it's still non existent, I think that the Reports section could be a nice part of the ecosystem to have this option. Adding a new tab "Invoices".
And being able to bulk download with time-frame basis: quarter, year, etc.
Anyone know how to override the FluentCart product single with a Bricks Single template?
I've tried many conditions but FluentCart single product page is still served first. This is preventing me from using the Visual Builder in each product because I don't want the default header in the FluentCart single product page.
My current workaround is as follows:
- A CPT with my chosen Single and Archive templates.
- An htaccess redirect from each product (product loop) on the Archive to my chosen CPT single template.
If there is no way to override the FluentCart product single in Bricks then this means duplication for me.

When I manually cancel an order with status "Completed" and payment_status "Paid" in the admin, the order status changes to "canceled" but the payment_status remains "Paid".
Is this expected behavior? Should the payment_status be automatically updated when a paid order is canceled, or should I handle refunds manually?
I noticed that other payment gateways (Paddle, Stripe, Paystack) don't implement handlers for the fluent_cart/order_canceled hook. Should I follow this pattern?
