Course Features

I've been running courses for years and while I like the simplicity of having courses in the community space. courses need a lot of additional functionality added to make them more engaging and useful to students.

Here is my wishlist for courses:

• Audio only
• Dripped sections and lessons
• Quiz
• Final Exam
• Completion Certificate
• Form (for onboarding and end survey)
• Assign points per course - for the leaderboard
• Stickers/Achievement awards
• Block Editor for the lesson content under the main video
• H5P support

Also, a countdown for programmed lessons.

Fully support this feature requests, I already asked for the images in the course description... the current version is really not helpful to work with

Adding related link just in case - I am not expecting any Full LMS or high priority here but it looks like some features can become useful for others too.

Ps. Theme compability can give us some freedom in embeding WP components like fForms I guess so let's see...

Agreed! currently the courses section is way too basic for those working with courses and may I add a bit buggy. Nothing too extensive but some more foundational popular features would be great! Theme compatibility will do wonders too! Then for those that prefer to stay with the more advanced LMS features to at least have better integration with FluentCommunity i.e integrate comments of FluentCommunity into LMS lessons.

I agree 100% with Will. Initially, my concerns are quiz and exam functionality. Additionally, the ability to constrain access to a course until a prerequisite course is successfully completed.
