We’re currently building a system using Fluent Forms, FluentCRM, and FluentCommunity, and I’d appreciate some guidance from those who’ve implemented similar setups.

# Current Setup

• Leads are captured via Fluent Forms
• Users are created/updated in FluentCRM
• Dynamic tags are applied based on form submissions
• These tags determine user state and access eligibility

# Goal

We want to:

1. Allow users to access the Fluent Community portal using only their email address (no traditional username/password flow)
2. Grant access to specific community spaces based on CRM tags
3. Show a custom message or restricted view for users without the required tag

# Key Question

Is it possible to implement an email-only login system within Fluent Community or via integration?

Or would this require:

• Custom development
• Integration with a third-party auth system

💡 Additional Context

We’re aiming to keep the experience frictionless while maintaining strict access control through CRM-driven tags.

Would really appreciate any insights, recommended approaches, or examples from similar implementations.

This likely doesn't come up often, but it would be handy to allow a bulk add of users to spaces.

I'm restructuring my Groups and Spaces. Some discussions in the old spaces get moved to a new one. I can't move a discussion started by someone who isn't a space member, which means I have to move everyone over before I can move the discussion.

Bulk editing would be a nice feature in this case.

I've been trying to use FluentPlayer to show all the existing embedded video in fluent community (both from YouTube and Vimeo) and it turns out it doesn't work: it shows the video in horizontal form but instead of embedding the whole from top to he bottom adding extra blurred bands on the border, it enlarges the video to full length so the only a small part on the bottom of the original video is shown.

I hope it's clear, otherwise please let me know and I'll add a screenshot.

Is it possible to synchronise users across muliple instances of FluentCommunity, each running in its own wordpress multisite?

I'm interested in knowing if what I want to do is possible. I haven't been able to do it yet, but it might be that I'm making a mistake and not being able to do it. I have almost the entire Fluent ecosystem. I want to do something that would integrate booking with CRM and community, so that if someone has an active appointment scheduled with me, they have access to my private community. For example, if someone has already booked an appointment with me, they immediately have access to the private community, and as they rebook from that same appointment, they continue to receive updates as long as they have an appointment scheduled. If at any point they cancel or don't schedule any more appointments, they would lose access to the community, unless they pay for a separate monthly subscription at a lower price.

I’m considering using Pressable to host my community because they have enhanced security, Aksmet, and the Presto Video Player included. Has anyone used Pressable for hosting FluentCommunity? I also have a couple of xCloud servers, my biggest concern is managing another server and controlling cost until it pays for itself.

Is there a way to completely disable this automatic video preview? I just want posted URLs to stay as plain text links.
