I want to publicly thank Syed Numan, Fluent support agent. He wrote a custom snippet for me, on his own initiative. It is a toggle element for the course module, which lacks such a block natively.
Is it on the roadmap for the new 1:1 chat to support more than one person? Example use-cases would be for small study groups in a course, or peer support groups within a larger community.
Is there a way to set my website with my Community site using FC that will pull the user information/data from FC and update the user in the WordPress backend admin dashboard?
Right now I'm seeing full profiles with profile pics (avatars) on the Community side, but in the backend under "Users" all of the pictures and some other relevant information is missing.
Is there any way to get these two user spaces synced?
Thanks.
Is there a way to select the crop for the feature image that appears spaces? Mine is getting cut off. I know I can create one specific for that size but I figured I'd ask.
Is there a way to get a notification when someone joins the community?
Iβm exploring how to onboard an external group (local community of professionals that currently meet in person) into a private space within my community platform, and Iβm trying to better understand and sell the real value the online community can offer this group from a memberβs perspective.
If youβve done this before, Iβd love to know:
- How are members using the private space day-to-day?
- What makes it compelling enough for them to engage beyond in-person events or Slack?
- What kind of content or interactions are working best (discussions, resources, events, etc.)?
- How do you position/market the value of the private space to the group?
- What outcomes have you seen (engagement, retention, collaboration)?
Iβm especially interested in real examples or use cases that will help me frame the value prop and actual use case that will benefit the users.
Appreciate any insights you can share, thanks in advance.
I have an important notification waiting for me:

However, when I click the link I'm taken to the thread, and then I have to scroll through what often turn out to be hundreds of comments to find the important reply.
I can sometimes go to the top of the reply stack and choose Latest sort order, but with busy threads that doesn't help.
And, I think it will only order by level 1 replies and not most recent activity underneath (i.e. replies to replies). So a new level 2 reply under an older level 1 reply won't bump the older level 1 reply to the top.
Can we make the notification link go to the actual reply instead of the thread?
Hi, we're evaluating FluentCommunity for a 500 members association. I would like them to auto-join all spaces, and allow them to opt-out if the space is not interesting for them.
I've found this post: https://community.wpmanageninja.com/portal/space/community-meta/post/can-i-have-members-join-all-spaces-by-de
So I understand that FluentCRM can do the job, but if we would need to license FluentCRM just for the auto-join function it would be quite expensive.
Would there be an alternative way to auto-join users to spaces, e.g. through a 3rd party WordPress plug-in (or an API)?
I need help to setup auto enrollment once I added new course into fluentcart product subscription.
Right now my product integrate with fluent community and enable course enrollment, but this only work when new purchased is made.
What about existing customer with active subscription? I tried added new course into same product subscription but the course still private.
Any idea how to setup this?
Is it possible for the feed to serve as a space so users can post directly in the feed their posts without having to select a space?
