Feature Request: Allow Admins / moderators to Email Existing Member Posts to Space Members or to all members
Admins and moderators can send email notifications when creating their own posts, but they cannot do the same for posts created by community members. This is quite limiting for growing communities where valuable discussions are often started by members rather than administrators.
For example, a member may post an excellent business question, a networking opportunity, an event invitation, or an insightful discussion that would benefit the entire space. As an admin, I may want to promote that post and email it to all members, but there is currently no option to do so.
A useful enhancement would be a “Send to Space Members” action available to admins and moderators on any post within the space. This would allow community leaders to amplify important member-generated content, increase engagement, and ensure valuable discussions reach the wider audience.

Debo Ogunrinde nope, sending a link is not a solution, Idea is to make community plugin work to grow a community.
This would be an amazing feature and would make a huge difference for community engagement.
Shahjahan Jewel In every healthy community, some of the best content is created by members not just admins. Giving admins and moderators the ability to email an existing member’s post to the rest of the space would help highlight valuable discussions and encourage more participation.
Some real-world examples:
- A member asks an excellent business question that many others could benefit from.
- Someone shares a networking opportunity or local event that everyone in the space should know about.
- A member posts a useful resource, tutorial, or industry update worth bringing to everyone’s attention.
- A success story or case study is shared that could inspire other members.
- An important question receives great answers, and the entire conversation deserves wider visibility.
- A community member starts a discussion that perfectly fits the goals of the space but may otherwise be missed by members who don’t regularly log in.
This feature would allow community leaders to amplify the best member-generated content without having to recreate or copy the post themselves. It would reward members for contributing quality content, increase engagement, and make the community feel much more alive.
