I love the automation-possibilities in combination with FluentCRM and am wondering, if there is any chance to add "User registered via Invite Link XY" to the trigger-list?
Thank you for considering
When you're in the 'members' tab of a space, it would be great to quickly add basic Fluent CRM automations.
Like when someone joins the space, they are added to 'list X' and 'Tag Y'.
I know you can create automations using Fluent CRM directly, via a Fluent Form, and even add automation to a product item in Fluent Cart etc.
But being able to set up automation when I'm in or creating the space, that would be super helpful.
Hello there,
I want to keep my Community strictly invite-only and am currently managing this with an Invite-Link for a space.
Unfortunately I can't seem to find a way to disable the normal Registration-Form and keep the Invite-Link working at the same time.
Am I missing something or is that not yet possible?
Greetings and have a nice Weekend
Janina
Spaces itself is not enough to run a thriving community.
Today, WhatsApp is free and offers significantly more features. There are also platforms like Microsoft Teams, Discord, Slack, and others that provide richer collaboration and engagement tools. A community platform needs to offer unique value beyond basic chat and discussion spaces.
There are many improvements that could enhance Spaces:
-
Bring backΒ Articles. Long-form content is essential for knowledge sharing, guides, FAQs, announcements, and community documentation.
-
IntroduceΒ granular access controls. The current roles of User, Moderator, and Admin are too limited. Communities need customizable roles and permissions for content creation, moderation, event management, analytics access, article publishing, and more.
-
Extend theΒ PollsΒ feature. I previously suggested improvements to polls, and the idea was well received, but it was never implemented. Polls should support multiple rounds, weighted voting, anonymous voting, scheduling, and result segmentation.
aditional ideas:
-
Bookings Integration
- Allow members to book consultations, mentoring sessions, discovery calls, events, or services directly within the community.
-
Business Directory
- Communities already contain member profiles, businesses, skills, and services. A searchable directory could automatically organize this information and create more networking opportunities.
-
Community Challenges
- Run monthly challenges, accountability programs, competitions, and engagement campaigns with progress tracking and rewards.
-
Featured Member Spotlight
- Highlight a member, contributor, creator, or expert on the community homepage.
-
Featured Business Spotlight
- Give businesses visibility through rotating featured listings, promotions, and success stories.
-
Featured Post Section
- Allow admins to pin and showcase high-value discussions, announcements, and community wins.
-
Advanced Automation Workflows
-
Beyond basic automations:
- Promote members based on activity.
- Automatically recommend groups.
- Trigger onboarding journeys.
- Unlock content based on milestones.
- Create engagement campaigns for inactive members.
- Assign badges and achievements automatically.
-
-
Guidelines Tab
- A dedicated tab alongside Posts and Articles for community rules, onboarding instructions, FAQs, and best practices.
-
Member Journey Builder
- Create structured onboarding paths for new members with tasks, content, milestones, and progress tracking.
-
Resource Hub
- A dedicated area for files, templates, downloads, links, recordings, and community assets.
-
Expert / Mentor Directory
- Let members discover experts and mentors based on expertise, ratings, availability, and interests.
-
Community Recommendations Engine
- Suggest relevant people, businesses, spaces, workgroups, events, and content based on member interests and activity

Shahjahan Jewel,Β please look into this...
When a logged-in user clicks the "Enroll in the course" button at the top
It says - "You are not allowed to enroll in this course."
Then, what's the function of that button when a user is logged in but doesn't have access to the course?
Hi β before purchasing FluentCRM Pro I want to confirm one specific trigger exists.
We have a barbershop membership site using MemberPress Growth with Stripe. Members sign up on different dates throughout the month, so each person has a unique billing date.
We need an automation trigger that fires every time a memberβs monthly subscription renews β not just on initial signup.
The goal is: trigger fires on billing date β generate unique WooCommerce coupon β send email with coupon pre-applied in booking URL.
Two specific questions:
1. Does FluentCRM Pro include a MemberPress trigger that fires on every monthly renewal/recurring transaction β and does it fire per member on their individual billing date?
2. Is the WooCommerce Create Coupon action available in Pro, and can the generated coupon code be inserted into a URL via SmartCode in the same automation?
Weβre ready to purchase if both are confirmed. Thanks.
Ugly background while loading next page in spaces directory appears while switching pages. Any way how to prevent it? Can it be natively fixed? Maybe when it takes more time to load next page this appears only. Make make this background transparent?

Having just updated the Pro plugin, I am getting a heads-up warning that the base plugin needs updating. It is still showing version 2.5. Where is this update pleae?
Hi there,
is there any way to disable the notification you get, when someone comments on the same post as you did before?
If not, this is a big feature request of mine :)
