Hey Fluent Team π
First off β amazing work on the Booking plugin! The integration with Zoom and MS Teams already adds so much value for online coaches and consultants.
However, I noticed that itβs currently only possible to connectΒ eitherΒ ZoomΒ orΒ MS Teams at a time (same goes for Google Meet). According to your support team, running them in parallel isnβt possible right now.
Iβd love to suggest adding a feature that allowsΒ multiple video integrations to coexistΒ β so customers canΒ choose their preferred meeting platformΒ directly in the booking form.
For example, when booking an appointment, the client could select:
- π» βJoin via Zoomβ
- π βJoin via Microsoft Teamsβ
- π βJoin via Google Meetβ
This would be a huge benefit for service providers who work with different types of clients (some companies prefer Teams, others Zoom, etc.). It would also make the booking flow much more flexible and user-friendly β without needing to switch integrations in the backend.
Would be awesome if this could be considered for a future update π
Thanks again for continuously improving Fluent Booking β itβs already one of the most promising scheduling tools out there.
https://fluentbooking.com/ menu is not responding, stuck at "Resources"
I've been building a custom SMS integration for my FluentBooking setup. I want to include a shortcode in the help field of one of the questions I added for 10DLC-compliant disclosure opt-in to text messaging. (Shortcode ensures consistency and logging for audit purposes.) It doesn't seem to work. Is there an alternative way to do this? Or can it be added in future feature releases?
Hello Fluent guys! I tried to figure out how to create a team with a host. I managed to create one with two hosts, but then, as itβs created, it seems that we canβt add more team hosts. It would be great if the team editing page allowed us to add more hosts.
Also, what is the difference between a team on the calendar page and a team on the Fluent booking settings?
Another question: the Fluent booking frontend dashboard works great, but Iβm wondering what role the WP user must have in the backend.
Suggestion:
Please add the option to sell and manageΒ booking packagesΒ (for example, 5-session or 10-session bundles), so that clients can purchase a package and receiveΒ creditsΒ to book multiple sessions later β until their credit balance is used up.
Why this feature matters:
- Many professionals (like vocal coaches, music teachers, yoga instructors, therapists, etc.) donβt sell single appointments β they work with recurring lessons or pre-paid session bundles.
- In these cases, clients buy a β5-Class Passβ or β10-Lesson Packageβ and then book individual slots flexibly over time.
- Competing platforms such asΒ Amelia,Β SimplyBook.me,Β Bookly,Β Trafft,Β BookingPress, andΒ Calendly ProΒ already offer this feature as a standard.
How it could work:
-
When creating an event/calendar, add a toggle:
βAllow bookings via credit packagesβ
-
Packages could be sold as WooCommerce or FluentCRM products (e.g. β5 Vocal Lessons Packageβ).
-
After purchase, the client automatically receivesΒ X booking creditsΒ in their FluentBooking account.
-
Each booked appointment deductsΒ 1 creditΒ from the balance.
-
Once the credits are used up, the client can no longer book until they purchase another package.
-
Optional: Integration with FluentCRM automations (e.g. βSend reminder when 1 credit remainsβ).
Nice-to-have options:
- Clients can view their remaining credits in their account dashboard.
- Option to set package expiration (e.g. βvalid for 6 monthsβ).
- Works together with other existing limits (like β1 booking per week per clientβ).
Impact:
This feature would make FluentBooking much more attractive for teachers, coaches, and trainers who rely on repeat sessions. Itβs a key functionality in the booking market β especially for creative and educational professionals β and would greatly increase FluentBookingβs competitiveness.
I didn't see this in the road map. Currently using stripe integration with Bookings and would like to change it to Fluentcart.
I have service industries with multiple sales people. I have my booking calendar setup as a round robin for them.
When the bookings come in it sends all of the data over to Jobber (or other CRMS)
The problem I'm having it I don't see a way to send over the Sales Person Data?
Consequently I can't put it on any particular person's Calendar.
The team told me this is not possible, which seems like it defeats the purpose of having a round robin system if you can't send the sale persons info over, but I'm wondering if there are any work arounds?
I thought about adding multiple calendars and including hidden fields in the calendars? Sounds like that would get clunky, but... might work.
I was able to add one person as the default calendar to send it to by adding a hidden field in the Fluent form container, but that's static.
Going to try and see if I can add some sort of switcher into the form that will allow them to choose which calendar and those could somehow be tagged next?
If anyone has any ideas of ways they've done this successfully I would appreciate any insight!
If I get something working good or bad I'll post back here.
Hello Shahjahan JewelΒ ,Β
I have been waiting nine months for the iframe option to become available with Fluentbooking. I spoke with support and they said they had made this option a priority. I can't use Fluentbooking because of this. If I had known that it wasn't possible or that I would have to wait so long, I wouldn't have purchased it. Can you help move things along? Thank you!
hi, friends I'm wondering if someone's try to build a booking system with fluent booking and bricks builder for a hotel or restaurant
Hi, I have cleantalk installed for preventing spam submissions, but it appears it is blocking all my booking form submissions π
