Shahjahan JewelΒ I am bringing this to your attention as a business owner.

As a marketer I am very concerned. I convinced a customer to move from Woo Affiliates to Fluent Affiliate and provided them with my affiliate link.
They decided to go for it and purchased a 5-site lifetime license, but it is not registered as a referral.

I reported the matter in ticket number #146609 and even provided a screenshot of my conversation with the customer.

I attempted twice to resolve this with the support department, but all they keep saying is "our affiliation is fully working, you can test by yourself", so I am expected to be happy with losing out on a $79 commission.

If this is the case, it will be my last ever referral of your products.

This customer never knew of Fluent Affiliate and purchased it because of my personal recommendation and affiliate link - please see the screenshot in the support ticket.

I would appreciate your attention to this matter.
Thank you

I've been waiting for automatic payouts to be implemented before moving my affiliate program over to FluentAffiliate (I LOVE being able to pay all my affiliates with one click in AffiliateWP and I really don't want to do it manually, but I'm thinking maybe there is another way to rig up something before then.

What about sending my Fluentaffiliate/FluentCart purchases to another affiiate program (I have several) via webhook or other automation and then using their payout abilities? Am I setting myself up for a disaster? Should I just wait for FluentAffiliate payouts to be ready?

Has anyone found a way to do easy mass payouts from FluentAffiliate?

Hey Guys , is there some way or do you have some advice for how I can offer my affiliates some access to additional info such as videos, guides, documents, lessons or education on being a successful affiliate for my brand?

I only want my affiliates to see it.

I don't see anyway to add any more material to the affiliate dashboard.

I want to make videos and give them examples and materials to be better educated on my brand.

I know there are potentially numerous ways to go about it, but it seems you would have an idea or suggestion?

How to use FA itself to keep it all contained within that interface? I was considering using my Fluent Community. Maybe thats an option. But keeping it limited to Fluent Affiliate would be simple and ideal.

Please advise. thanks!

how on earth is it that there is no direct way to pass information to new affiliates with in the FA dashboard? how it possible that after acceptance of the affiliate application we cannot give them any information about the affiliate program within the FA dashboard? all I can do is email it to them. It seems so odd. and poorly thought out. someone help!

Hi, not sure when the next release is planned, but I have some requests:

  • payout in store-credits (woo and Fluentcart. Shahjahan JewelΒ perfect usecase for creditsystem πŸ˜‰)
  • let affilliates request for a payout when unpaid earnings above certain amount
  • give referral fee on leadform (FluentForms) submission

One thing that keeps irking me with Affiliate plugins is that they default to Paypal as the payout service. Why is that the case (also with FluentAffiliate)? I don't even have a PayPal account, and anyone not wanting to be monitored by the ADL, shouldn't have one either, but that's another story altogether.

So, can we please have additional payout options and connections, ie Wise, EFT, crypto etc. Pretty please.

For now I disabled the plugin. Would be nice if more attention was paid to it, or rather its customers.

Is there a way to do Tier commision and payout via store credit or cash coupon ?

Is this is the roadmap?

Having now set up Fluent Affiliate i've had our first referall come through, the automation with Bit Integrations has worked well and states clearly that the order was placed in EURO, however the dashboard is showing this incorrectly as if the order was in GBP.

Obviously this is unnacceptable.

Would be great if we can do a payout to one specific affiliate for a custom amount

How we work now: affiliate has reached a certain amount, lets say 250. She asks for a payout, I manually enter the asked amount for her and wire it over to her bankaccount (no stripe or paypal needed)

Can this be added to FluentAffiliate?

I’d love to suggest a feature that would unlock ecosystem-style monetization for Fluent Affiliate and WPManageNinja-powered platforms.

The idea:
Allow affiliates to use their own third-party affiliate IDs (e.g. ClickFunnels, ClickMagick, autoresponders), so that when a downline user clicks a recommended external tool, the referring member earns the third-party commission, while the platform owner retains the lead and relationship.

Example Use Case

  1. User A joins a WPManageNinja-powered platform

  2. User A refers User B

  3. User B joins and clicks a β€œRecommended Tool” link inside:

    • a course
    • resources page
    • tools hub
  4. The system:

    • Detects User B’s referrer (User A)
    • Uses User A’s third-party affiliate ID
    • Redirects to the external vendor

Result:

  • βœ… User A earns the third-party affiliate commission
  • βœ… Platform owner captures User B’s email / relationship
  • ❌ No internal commission is paid by the platform

This aligns incentives perfectly and avoids the platform competing with its own members.

Why This Would Be Powerful for Fluent Affiliate

  • Enables ecosystem-based affiliate models (similar to FourPercent-style platforms)
  • Increases member trust, retention, and referrals
  • Expands Fluent Affiliate beyond internal product commissions
  • Opens use cases for communities, memberships, and SaaS ecosystems

High-Level Feature Components (Optional)

  • Store vendor-specific affiliate IDs per user
  • Smart /go/{tool} redirect links
  • Fallback to default platform affiliate ID if no referrer exists
  • Optional FluentCRM lead attribution before redirect

I believe this would be a strong differentiator for Fluent Affiliate and would love to hear thoughts from the team and other users.
