If FluentSupport has been useful to you, a quick review on WP org would go a long way: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/fluent-support/reviews/#new-post

Just wondering if anyone is using OpenClaw with FluentSupport?

I haven't dipped my toe in the OC ocean yet, but I'm tempted!

We just shipped a fresh update with some new features, performance improvements, and bug fixes. Here's what's new:

  • Dark Mode for Admin Dashboard: The admin dashboard now supports dark mode for a more comfortable support experience, day or night. It's the very first version, so we'll need some color adjustments in the upcoming updates.
  • OpenAI GPT-5.2 Support: FluentSupport now integrates with OpenAI's latest GPT-5.2 and GPT-5.2 Chat models to power your AI-assisted support workflows.
  • View Tickets (Read Only) Permission: Need to give someone visibility without edit access? We've added a dedicated read-only permission so you can control exactly who can see and who can act.

⚑ Improvements

  • Ticket list loads noticeably faster β€” no more waiting around
  • Large-scale Zendesk migrations are now significantly more optimized

πŸ› Bug Fixes

  • Draft Reply permission not working correctly β€” fixed
  • Attachment links breaking during ticket merges β€” fixed
  • Unordered list formatting in ticket content β€” fixed
  • Integration settings save button not always visible β€” fixed
  • "Waiting Since" tooltip showing wrong date β€” fixed
  • Saved Replies left menu link β€” fixed
  • Login page styling glitch β€” fixed
  • Date range picker layout on smaller screens β€” fixed

Update and enjoy! As always, let us know if you run into anything. πŸ™Œ

P.S. If FluentSupport has made your support workflow easier, we'd love a quick review on WP repo. It means a lot to the team! πŸ‘‰ https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/fluent-support/reviews/

Hi ! I love the new UI for Fluent Support, it's really nice ! I was wondering if it would be possible to change the place of the additionnal info in the ticket. It would be better to have in the sidebar to see it at al times that at the bottom.

Hi team πŸ‘‹

I’m still experiencing two persistent issues with FluentSupport:

1) Ticket status issue
When I close a ticket, it still appears as β€œopen” in the list.
If I click again on the ticket list (refreshing the view), then it disappears correctly.

I already discussed this with Jewel some time ago, but there hasn’t been any change since then. It feels like a UI refresh / AJAX issue.

2) Reply template bug
There is a problem with saved reply templates.

When I select one template, another different template gets inserted below it automatically.

This creates confusion and forces us to manually clean the reply before sending.

Are these known issues?

Is there a fix planned soon?

Thank you πŸ™

What happened to the checkbox screen? Used to be able to select multiple tickets (spam) and DELETE. Now seems we have to go into each ticket to delete! This is extremely time consuming and a waste of time.

It's been a while since I moaned about this, so I thought I'd get another in.

Ticket, subject "Website Updates" - closed for over a month.

New email comes in, subject "updates" - reopens old ticket (with a different subject!) and makes it look like the ticket has been waiting for a month.

As soon as a ticket is opened, the emails that go back and forth include the ticket number in the subject line.

  • Email comes in without a ticket number - new ticket.
  • Email comes in with a ticket number - update existing ticket.

I'm trying to pull ticket data into a response in a workflow action but, not seeing any dynamic data tags to choose from. Am I missing something?

While OpenAI is nice, some of us may prefer other AI model models like Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, etc. It would be nice if we could choose our own.
