have a BCc field option added - and/or the ability to set a second email that gets all relies BCC automatically.

Have the main search work on the ticket, not have to use advance filter

Can someone please clarify the functional difference between:

  1. β€œTicket Created by Agent (To Customer)”
  2. β€œAgent Initiated Ticket (To Customer)”

At the moment, both sound very similar from the UI perspective, so I’d like to understand:

  • What triggers each one?
  • What is the intended workflow/use case?
  • Are they handled differently in automation, notifications, or reporting?
  • Should these labels be clearer for end users/admins?

With FluentSupport, the sidebar on the left is still white in dark mode ? (It's not for FluentCRM and FluentCart)

Thanks

Hello everyone,

I would like to report a persistent inconsistency in the ticket list, as well as several translation and localization flaws that could use a quick fix.

1. The "Waiting for Reply" filter When checking this box, the list still displays tickets that are already set to closed. By definition, a closed ticket or one marked as spam does not require any further reply. This filter should logically exclude these statuses to avoid unnecessarily cluttering the workspace. Could this logic be corrected?

2. Missing translations and localization Despite the latest updates, several strings are still not translatable and remain in English throughout the interface, specifically: My tickets, Open, closed, Bookmarks, By, Months ago, and select.

Additionally, in the reports section, the entire calendar block is untranslated (months and days remain in English), and the date format does not sync with the French regional settings configured in WordPress.

These adjustments would make the interface much cleaner and more user-friendly for non-English speaking users. Hopefully, these fixes can be integrated soon.

Thank you for your time!

Just pushed Fluent Support 2.2.0. Probably one of the most feature-dense releases we've shipped in a while. Quick rundown.

Internal Notifications

You now get a notification bell right in the Fluent Support admin header. No more babysitting your inbox to see what's happening on your tickets. Ticket assignments, customer replies, automation runs, @mentions on notes, all show up in the bell with an unread count.

Public Ticket Numbers

This one a lot of you asked for. Set a starting number and an optional prefix like SUP-, and every new ticket gets a clean readable number. So SUP-1000, SUP-1001, and so on.

FluentBooking Integration

If you use FluentBooking on the same site, you can now schedule meetings straight from a ticket reply. Click "Call a Meeting" in the reply toolbar, pick your event type, choose dates, select time slots, hit insert. The slots and booking link drop into your reply, and a meeting tracker shows up in the ticket sidebar.

Disabled by default. Turn it on from Global Settings.

FluentCommunity Portal

For those running FluentCommunity, you can now embed the Fluent Support customer portal natively inside your community at the /support/ path. Same FC layout, sidebar, dark mode. Customers stay in one place. Just pick FluentCommunity Portal in the new unified portal destination setting.

Other fixes worth mentioning

  • Pasted inline images in replies now persist properly (fixes the 2.1.x reload bug)
  • Inter font no longer leaks into the wider WordPress admin
  • Dark mode toggles, radios, and table controls are now visible
  • Four new render filters for devs who want to modify ticket and response content

Let me know what you think, especially on the notifications and custom ticket numbers.

PS: Special thanks to Manoj SharmaΒ for pushing me hard for the custom ticket numbers for the public.

Searched for first name, last name and email - all tickets selected, but no results. Had to use Advanced Filter with email and i get the 3 tickets.... why does search not work!?

Hi everyone,

I noticed a change in the FluentSupport + FluentCRM integration and I’m wondering if this is intentional or if I’m missing a setting.

Previously, it was possible to decide per business inbox whether contacts from that inbox would also be added to FluentCRM. That gave a lot of flexibility when working with multiple inboxes and different workflows.

Right now, it seems the setting is only global on/off, which means it applies to all business inboxes at once.

Is that correct?
And if so: are there plans to bring back per-inbox control for FluentCRM syncing?

For agencies and support teams managing multiple inboxes, this was actually very useful.

Thanks!

Hi guys,

I just noticed that the dark mode in FluentSupport was missing a (dark) background...
