How do I connect the media I have on Publit.io? Im not seeing an option for this?

1.00

So I bought the pro version the same day of the release while we where at the youtube live. Ive received several emails telling me that for those persons there was a 2x sites when bought but I received only 1. How can I get the 2x version?

Symptom: the video has never worked for any visitor except when logged into wp-admin. Sound plays, but no video image appears β€” infinite spinning wheel, video frame never loads.

Tested in Chrome Incognito and Firefox private browsing β€” same result every time: sound plays, infinite spinner, no image. Only works when I'm personally logged into the WordPress admin.

Browser console shows:

FluentPlayer: Error fetching media data: Error: HTTP error! status: 400
at fluent-player.js β€” failed admin-ajax.php request

We tried disabling every script-delay setting and clearing every caching/CDN layer on our end β€” no change. The same media plays fine on its own dedicated FluentPlayer URL, even logged out β€” so it looks specific to how the shortcode's "fetch media data" AJAX call handles anonymous/logged-out requests.

For a site selling video access, this means the plugin is currently unusable for actual visitors β€” nothing works except my own admin view. Opened a support ticket with full reproduction steps.

Your progress is amazing. In my opinion, you are at the highest level of WP plugins, i suppose you have a great team. Thanks for your job - pls keep developing!
I still have doubts if we need to move to zoho crm but because you continue develop all of your product very fast, we can't leave you...

When I use the FluentPlayer block in a lesson, it doesn't show the captions that are associated with the video on BunnyStream. When I try to upload my SRT file to the FluentPlayer block, I'm told that I cannot upload that file type to WordPress.

For now, I'm using the BunnyStream HTML to show its player, as that's the only way I can get my lessons with captions.

is there a chance we can have a link in the ad? or how is this layer supposed to work? e.g. should the viewer just watch the ad without being able to do anything and then resume the video?

Looking through the documentation, I see that we can use a dynamic URL with the shortcode: https://docs.fluentplayer.com/shortcode

This is great for my use case; I'd prefer to have a custom post type with a custom field to specify my video URL without having to manually setup an individual media every single time. Being able to post the shortcode in a page template that defaults to a "coming soon" video unless that field is filled in is great.

However, I'd also like to be able to specify chapters in my videos, so it'd be great if I could either reference a JSON file with chapter marks or include them as a internal shortcode in the normal fluentplayer shortcode.

The JSON option would be good because then it could be implemented in the front end to automate adding chapters without having to manually enter them when using the block and I can easily add in an automated way to generate those JSONs as part of my editing script.

The shortcode option is also viable (and is how presto player handles chapters.) For example, something like this:

[fluentplayer id="129" source_url="https://example.com/link.mp4"]
    [fluentplayer_chapter time="0:00" chapter="Introduction"]
    [fluentplayer_chapter time="2:16" chapter="The First Topic"]
    [fluentplayer_chapter time="11:05" chapter="Another Topic"]
[/fluentplayer]

My videos are hosted with bunnyCDN. Can I use the FluentPlayer free version or is that only pro? I love the player, but I don't really need all those features at this time anyway.

It appears that FluentPlayer does not support dynamic content or custom post types such as ACF, ACPT, Metabox, PODS etc. it also appears that FluentPlayer does not offer an option to set default post types to video unless I am missing something.

Can you confirm if these features will be added and if so when?

I would like to be able to set my Wordpress default post types to video so I can feed a list of Video URL’s into Wordpress and have a post created for each video URL embedded in FluentPlayer.

It appears adding videos to FluentPlayer is a manual process that can not be automated. Is that correct?

First! :D

Is it possible to add a video along with interactive elements (form, CTA, hotspots) to the FluentCommunity feed? For example, by selecting a video from the Fluent Player media list (for admin / moderator only)?
