Add Sales Pipelines to Make FluentCRM a Complete CRM
FluentCRM is already a powerful email and automation tool, but to truly function as a full CRM, it would be great to see Sales Pipeline features added.
aving visual sales pipelines with stages (e.g. Lead → Contacted → Proposal Sent → Won/Lost) would make it much easier to manage and track customer journeys — especially for service-based businesses and agencies using FluentCRM.
This would bring it closer to being an actual CRM and not just a marketing automation platform.
Appreciate your continued improvements — looking forward to what’s next!

I need👆too!
i want it to, i need it now so I'm looking for a salutation
I wonder if anyone has already tried connecting FluentCRM with Propovoice? Propovoice is also a CRM plugin and offers a nice pipeline for managing deals.
There’s no direct integration between the two, but automation plugins like Bit Integration or Flowmattic seem to offer the necessary flows to make it work.
Sascha Liem I would like to stick to just Fluent CRM, Propovoice is abandoned by its owner. LTD owner are waiting if they get their money back or are there going to be any more development from past year and half.
Manoj Sharma Deals and follow ups one side, which kind of features you like or value more in a Pipeline?
just curious to what extend we could use (until a real pipeline is done) use Boards for that.
Jorge de los Reyes I believe it would be more feasible to have FluentCRM manage its own functional sales pipeline—where we can analyse leads, track deals, send proposals, and invoice customers, all from within one system.
FluentCRM already excels at handling communications, which is essential at every stage of the sales journey. Being able to assign team members to different pipelines and manage multiple workflows would also help us stay organized and efficient.
We can integrate Paymattic for invoicing and payment collection, and use CRM automation to trigger follow-ups and reminders—improving our speed and response rates. Centralising all these activities in one place will give us better data visibility, stronger team collaboration, and long-term scalability.
This approach not only streamlines our workflow but also helps FluentCRM truly live up to its name.
Manoj Sharma maybe the next move after fluent cart.
If by any chance it includes somekind of services category (not just digital or physical)…
I guess that if it takes that path, a good move will be just enhancing the FCRM.
I am sure many large service companies may take into consideration FCRM just because of checkout + pipeline.
Just a sneaky peak of what it could be: https://community.wpmanageninja.com/portal/space/fluent-cart/post/services-in-fluentcart
Well. Let’s see how the ecosystem evolves!
Hopefully, in a way in which we find handy solutions for services based industries in which pipeline, is a must.
Jorge de los Reyes Yes, absolutely! This approach will definitely attract a lot of customers—especially WordPress users like us. And I’m sure Shahjahan Jewel, being deeply involved in the WordPress ecosystem, already sees the potential here.
Manoj Sharma I’ll be happy to share our experience with our law firm and consultancy firm.
Most of our clients sell digital but have solid business lines of services.
This opportunity, could be how the standard should be.
It has been overlooked for years on e-commerce solutions.
Most professionals, and not a few business, are still invoicing manually: for ignorance, and because there’s no real benefit for them.
But once they see how reports works on FluentCart…
haha
That would be a Bomb Shahjahan Jewel
And of course, giving culture here in how to use a pipeline…
Many experiences caught our attention regarding this matter.
It’s just a question of who will open that much needed path to be honest.
Jorge de los Reyes that link gives an error saying I don' have access to that page. are others able to load that page?
Jeff Yeah. The link is to the Fluent Cart Beta community. So if you are not in the beta, that will probably be the cause. But, I posted almost the same post in General here: https://community.wpmanageninja.com/portal/space/general/post/services-in-fluent-cart
Manoj Sharma What specific functionality is missing from the current FluentCRM and FluentBoards integration? Since you can already create pipeline stages and move contacts/tasks along them, what extra functionality are you looking for? Is it analytics, some type of automation, or something else?
Mike Ray We need templates in fluent boards, and an automation triggered from crm, which got triggered from fluent cart or other cart, that creates a new board from the template, moves the contact onto a new board. We need boards to have the ability to be duplicated, transferred, and backed up with all data intact.
Sales Pipeline should be high priority based on all the Requests seen in this Community. Hopefully we can soon see progress in this direction
Shahjahan Jewel Hi mate—this is a must-have feature. Without Sales Pipelines, we’re effectively using FluentCRM as just an email tool. Adding full pipeline support will let us organise our sales and leads properly, so from our perspective it’s a top priority.
Hey everyone — great thread, and I wanted to jump in because this is exactly the gap I've been building for.
I actually already built and shipped a Sales Pipeline addon for FluentCRM — it drops in as a native tab right next to Contacts and Emails, no separate login, pulling live contact data (tags, lists, lead score) straight from your existing FluentCRM install. Custom stages, drag-and-drop deals, lost-reason tracking, and a REST API for automation.
@Mike Kray @Jeff Mapes — re: the FluentBoards workaround limitations you two discussed (no deal templates, no CRM-triggered card automation) — that's the exact gap Sales Pipeline is built to close. Deals are first-class objects with their own stage/probability/value, not repurposed task cards.
@Sascha — sorry to hear about Proposcore, that's rough for anyone who bought in. Happy to help if you're trying to migrate deal data over.
Still early days for me on this — genuinely want honest feedback, not just a sales pitch. Manoj Sharma Sharma Marco van Ham Ham @Alexandre Kertzil, if any of you want to take a look, I'd love to hear whether it actually solves what you're describing here or if I'm missing something: https://loja.foundersquest.com.br/?ref=1
