Do you plan to make an MCP Server (Model Context Protocol) available for AI Agent integrations? It would be wonderful to start developing Agentic AI functionality for the CRM.
Dear FluentCRM Support Team,
I am currently using FluentCRM in a German-language WordPress environment. Iβve noticed that the available prefix options for contacts (e.g., Mr, Mrs) appear only in English, and I was unable to find a setting within the FluentCRM dashboard to change or customize these values.
Could you please let me know:
- If there is a way to change or localize the prefix options directly via the FluentCRM settings?
- If not, which plugin or file is responsible for managing these prefix values, so I can adjust them using a translation plugin such as Loco Translate?
- As a workaround, could you confirm whether translating the terms "Mr", "Mrs", etc. in the Loco Translate plugin under the "FluentCRM" text domain is a reliable and update-safe solution?
Iβd appreciate a brief example or recommendation on the best way to localize these fields properly for our users.
Thank you for your support!
Best regards,
Frank MΓΌller
Love FluentCRM, it would be great to add a 'reset' button so when searching by multiple tags or status you don't need to click off each one to get back to all contacts. If this exists already I'm missing it. Thanks for the consideration.
Hi, I was wondering if you guys are planning to add the option to create tasks in Fluent Boards using templates with FluentCRM.
Currently, it's not possible to select a Template from the contact Tab and automations,
It'd be super helpful and speed up a lot of manual work. Wha do you think?
There is a bug in FCRM where a contact can get stuck in an automation at a Tag Applied goal step.
This bug has been extensively documented and discussed in support tickets 96875 and 97229. Support has agreed that this is a fundamental design flaw in FCRM and the way this goal works, but there is no solution. The bug report was reported a year ago with various promises of getting dev to fix it, but the problem still exists.
I don't know how to get action on this bug. I'm very frustrated. It's ridiculous that any bug - especially a significant bug - still exists in the platform with no resolution in sight.
I'll guarantee you that if you have an automation with a Tag Applied goal, and a contact that reaches that goal step and they previously had the tag existing, they are stuck at that step in the automation (probably unexpectedly) and there is no way you can move them past that goal step short of removing the tag from the contact and then reapplying it (which could cause other problems.)
Here's the bug as described in this simple one-step automation flow:
- Trigger an automation by some means (or manually add contact to automation)
- Have a goal of Tag Applied and look for some tag such as "Test Tag". Goal should be marked as Essential.
Narrative: Take a contact that does not have the tag "Test Tag" and add them to the automation. The contact will enter the automation and be waiting at the Tag Applied step. Then add the tag to the contact and the contact will proceed through the automation.
Now take a contact that currently has the tag "Test Tag" and add them to the automation. Even though they currently have the tag they will get stuck at the Tag Applied step and there is no way to move them past that step. They should pass through that goal because they do have the tag "Test Applied".
Further discussion: In the simple automation above it might seem to be a simple solution to remove the tag and then reapply it. That may work in the above simple scenario but it simply doesn't work in more complex automations or when there are other automations that may trigger off of the tag being added.
Believe me, I've gone through so many proposed work-arounds for this bug but none of the work-arounds actually work.
Possible simple fix: To me the simplest solution would be to add a checkbox to the goal that says something like "Existing tags satisfy goal". This would allow the current behavior of the goal to continue to work as it currently does (though why anyone would want that I don't know). And it would also allow us to set the goal to specify that if a contact currently has the tag, the goal is satisfied and the contact can move through to the next step.

Here's how my automation currently works:
- WooCommerce assigns a tag after a successful purchase.
- This tag triggers an automation in FluentCRM.
- The automation grants access to a course (BuddyBoss/TutorLMS), sends emails, etc.
- After 30 days, the tag is removed, access is revoked, and the user receives a notification about the end of access.
The problem arises when a user purchases the same product again before the 30-day period ends:
- The new purchase does not assign the tag (because it already exists), so the new automation doesnβt start.
- Meanwhile, the old automation still removes access after 30 days, even though the user just paid again.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue and found a way to prevent this kind of conflict between overlapping purchase cycles?
One thing I find very frustrating is that in the client view within FluentCRM, under the "Community" tab (dedicated to Fluent Community), I can add a client to a space or a courseβbut if I want to remove them from a course or space, I can only do it from the general view.
Is there any way to streamline this process?
Is it possible to schedule an appointment in FluentBooking from a contact?
Hi FluentCRM team,
I'm missing the option to partially re-run an automation when a list is updated.
Here's the situation: I have a membership-based community. Monthly payments grant members access to all current and future courses I create. When I launch a new course, I add the new course to an existing list connected to an automation. However, this does not trigger the automation again for existing contacts on that list.
As a result, even though I update tags, lists, and automations, my members don't automatically gain access to the new content. Am I overlooking something? It does work for new members, but not for the excisting ones.
Manually adding a single contact to the new course and space is doable, but when it involves many members, it quickly becomes a time-consuming task. An option to re-trigger automations based on list updates (or a smart workaround for this use case) would be incredibly helpful.
"Restart the automation multiple times for a contact for this event" did not add the contacts to the new space and course that I've created. How do I solve this?
Thanks!
Hi. We want to send email via FluentForms and use a tag in FluentCRM as the send list. You can make an automation and send with a tag but then you cant use any content from the form. You can sent email via FluentForm but then you cant use a tag based contact list from FluentCRM.
It is a Catch 22... We have tried all kind of combinations using Fluent Community, Ninja Forms, Bitflows, SureTriggers, SureForms... We used ai to code snpippets but then it is way to complicated to manage for my clients. Could you plase make it possible to useΒ tag based contact list in combination with Fluent Forms?
Or is there a way to do this?
