Manually pasting whole subscriber list?
Why is it not possible to manually paste a subscriber list?
We have CSV import so it's kind of the same.
Shahjahan JewelΒ No. My current provider isn't giving me a file to download but just a list to copy paste, whereas FluentCRM is asking for a file to upload. I'm trying to import from MailPoet, in case this can help.
erisfΒ I think you can export csv from mailpoet. https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/330-how-to-export-subscribers-from-mailpoet
Shahjahan JewelΒ There is some issue with doing that, it doesn't give me an actual CSV file to download, but just the data to copy and paste. How can I get around that with FluentCRM and simply paste the list with its associated data?
erisfΒ Creating a CSV is so simple in 2025. Just open google sheet, paste it and then download as CSV.
Shahjahan JewelΒ Yes I see that you have lost your patience. The issue when I do this as I already tried with Excel is I get the error message "no mapping found." Manually pasting all the data obviously doesn't work, so ultimately that brings me back to having to manually import every single subscriber, which I'm trying to avoid.
erisfΒ I did not lose my patience. CSV is a universal format. We also gave a sample CSV that you can use and paste your contacts, save and import. If you still find issue importing CSV, please open a support ticket and our support engineers will help.
Shahjahan JewelΒ My bad, I will open a support ticket, though I do think the issue isn't even actually you, it's MailPoet. Anyway, thank you. I'll find a workaround with support.
