Hi there, I am looking for a way to automatically tag my contacts, based on engagement. How is this done in FluentCRM?
Best regards,
Sander
Dear FluentCRM Team,
First of all, thank you for your amazing work on FluentCRM β Iβm a big fan and actively recommend your tools to clients.
Iβm reaching out with a feature request that would be extremely valuable for entrepreneurs and coaches who frequently organize webinars, workshops, or live sessions.
Would it be possible to add support for date-based email triggers, similar to how βgoal stepsβ work in tools like Mailblue/ActiveCampaign?
For example:
When someone signs up for a webinar scheduled on a specific date (stored in a custom field), weβd love to schedule reminder emails automatically:
- 3 days before the event
- 1 hour before the event
- At the time of the event
Currently, this is only possible by manually adjusting delays or creating a separate automation per event β which works, but is time-consuming and not scalable.
It would be amazing if we could use dynamic dates stored in custom fields as anchor points for conditional delays or wait steps.
Let me know if this is something on your roadmap β and if not, I hope youβll consider adding it in a future release. It would be a huge win for FluentCRM users who run event-driven businesses.
Thanks again for your great work!
Kind regards,
Currently in All Contacts you can sort the contacts by Email, Name, Last Activity, Date Added, Last Changed, etc'. But what's really missing is the ability to sort the contact by Last Order and Lifetime Value.
It would be beneficial to see the Bounced numbers in the campaign performance. Additionally, in other systems that show this number, they then show the adjust open/click filtering out the bounce count.
I would also want a tab before or after unsubscribes that shows the bounces and the reasons as sometimes it is a typo in the email and you can correct and resend the email to that person
to pre-populate a updating form for client. I want Fluent CRM to be master - not WP user
I'm working with a site that is sending 185k emails across about 7 campaigns - using AWS
It would be great to see both on a campaign by campaign basis as well as overall - why people are opting out. The SQL gives me what I need but would be better if it was in the system
SELECT `wp_fc_subscriber_meta`.`value`,count() FROM `wp_fc_subscriber_meta` WHERE `wp_fc_subscriber_meta`.`key`='unsubscribe_reason' GROUP BY `wp_fc_subscriber_meta`.`value` ORDER BY count() DESC;
somehow i get this error message now, when i try to save a campaign: FluentCRM is expecting JSON data but HTML returned ..... Shahjahan JewelΒ any clue what that means?
I use Fluent on about 30 sites - I am having a strange issue on 1 site (I opened a support ticket) but figured i'd see if anyone else has had this - where every email is showing as 100% open - I even did a test to my gmail account - I see the message in my inbox and I don't open it, yet it is showing as open in Fluent - any thoughts???
If I buy a license for 1 website.
Can I use the copy on staging website?
I frequently take a copy for tests to dev.mydomain.com staging site.
I configured and added the Crn Jobs on the server side with my cyberpanel. I followed the documentation but when I check the Cron Jobs in Fluen it shows Overdue in red.
Is this bad? should I worry about it being red?
Or do I have something wrong configured yet?
