I am really looking forward to the messaging capabilities

I needed to remove all of my users from an automation, so I created a tag goal at the very bottom of the automation (Goal: Tag Applied "Newsletter - Remove From Sending Sequence"). Underneath that goal, I added a 'remove tag' action removing "Newsletter - Send", and applied the goal tag to every one of my contacts.

All of the users in that automation should have hit the tag goal, and had "Newsletter - Send" removed from their tags.

27,000 contacts received the tag, made it to the goal, and had the "Newsletter - Send" tag removed.

592 contacts received the tag, did NOT make it to the goal, and did NOT have the tag "Newsletter Send" removed. They are still simply still sitting in the automation, with no reason for the goal to have failed. They have the tag, they just weren't moved to the goal.

There are no errors in the Fluent logs for these users. They all received the tag, and are in an active state. They simply didn't move to the goal. There are no errors in my server logs at all... pertaining to server resource constraints, or PHP.

Being able to move users to a tag goal is one of the single most important functions of an automation... and it just blatantly doesn't work.

This is on top of a host of other inexplicable automation failures that I've experienced...

Please help me to understand why this is happening...

Support ticket 133643 also addresses this issue.

Would be a great help 😊

Seems like we still cannot collect and map a contact's company during form submission easily. This should be a pretty standard thing for any CRM. I posted about this 5 months ago, also submitted a support ticket yesterday, still not possible. This is a must have for any CRM especially when working with B2B services.

Shahjahan JewelΒ when might we be able to expect this functionality in FluentCRM/Fluent Forms?

Would be nice to be able to add a contacts social links in their contact record. Things like LinkedIn, Facebook, X etc.

I could create a custom field, but don't see an option for a URL field type so I expect this would just be the text of the URL and not clickable nor have an associated icon?

Where can I find more info about eventtracking and how and when to track things?

Anyone in here managed to set up Cron Jobs with Hostinger? I have a page running on hostinger and it doesn't matter what i try, Cron doesn't work.

Or should i just use something like cron-job.org?

This would make the process of SES implementation much easier - maybe you can look into it. https://docs.unsend.dev/introduction

Shahjahan JewelΒ are there any more WooCommerce Subscriptions triggers/actions/conditions in the pipeline? I would love to check in an automation whether a user has an active subscription for example. Or I would like to have a trigger for an initiated renewal payment (so I can check whether it is being paid or not).

I just submitted a plugin to the WordPress repo. It will probably be about 2-3 weeks before it is approved / live.

Use Case: I use gravity forms as my forms plugin. I have a contact us form on a site, I do not want every contact form submission added to Fluent as there is often spam / noise and therefore I'm not using a webhook to add records automatically.

What I did want to see is if the contact is already in Fluent to be able to jump over to their contact without having to search for the contact AND if they aren't that I can click a link and add them without having to copy and paste.

That is what this plugin accomplishes and it allows me to map / customize the list / tags on a per form basis.

I hope others might find this useful as well. Let me know if you have any thoughts / feedback
