Hi all, I'd love your advice or insights please.
I'm currently running a tech stack that looks something like:
ActiveCampaign
Memberium
LearnDash
WooCommerce Subscriptions
Wordpress
to manage several membership sites that include both page/post content, and courses. People buy via Woo, then AC tags contacts, then Memberium controls access to posts/pages and LearnDash courses based on the Tags in AC.
I'm ready to change to FluentCRM and away from AC, and it looks like WishlistMember offers the right mix of features for members.
But I can't work out how my current sites would talk to each other. If I have:
- My Main Wordpress site setup with my shopping cart and FluentCRM, and
- 2 separate subdomains with different membership content running WishlistMember...
How do I integrate FluentCRM on my main site, with WishlistMember on my subdomains? Is that via Webhooks, or does the Fluent/Wishlist integration work via API/oauth across sites?
Any recommendations you might offer would be really appreciated.
Thanks!
Israel.
Unless I am missing something, when using the TAG/WP Role Synch, and using User Roles as a plugin (allowing for multi roles per user), when you remove a tag, it removes ALL the user roles on that member, not just the one in synch with the tag.
Our associated nonprofit has an annual conference with multiple passes. I want to tag the ticket holder appropriately in the automation after purchase, then continue with related automations for each pass type. (ie confirmation emails with hotel vs online access details, etc.)
Is there any way to see what email links each individual subscriber clicked on? I am looking to report on individual opens and individual clicks.

Release Note: https://fluentcrm.com/fluentcrm-2-9-65/
In the main contact list if we click the top left corner checkbox of the contacts table, we are seeing an option to select entire contact list as well if there are more than the pagination.
But in dynamic lists, we don't have that feature. Which would be great to have as well for consistancy of the features.
I wanted to have an automation which will run a rengagement email each month, and in order to keep my list of contacts clean with only engaged people (which is extremenly important for email delivery in inboxes) I wanted to automate this process of contacts cleaning.
However this doesn't seem possible as in automations we are not able to change the contact status from an action. And if we could have also an action to delete a contact from an automation that would be also great, but not mandatory for my case.
Can you think of a turnaround for that?
Actually what I am doing is that I run a recurring campaign automatically each month based on a dynamic segment with conditions inside like people who hasn't open any of my email from 90 days for example, so they get the reengagement email, and for those of belong in this list I delete them or unsuscribe them manually.
But if we could automate that it would be great!
I am sure there would be other use of such actions anyway.
Hi, is it possible to hide/disable a certain custom field?
I need a custom field that can only change via automation, and I want to prevent CRM users to change it manually.
can anyone help?
TIA
I have an automation to create a task card in Fluent Boards when an order is received in WooCommerce.
I want this task to be created based on a card template where I have many subtasks preloaded.
Is there a way to do this, or will the option be added to a future release?
I'd like to be able to create a bunch of tags at once, but it seems not possible. Is this on their roadmap?
