Tags in Email Preferences and Link to manage Email preferences

Is there a way to let people choose some of their tags in Email Preferences the same way as the Lists ?

Also, I saw that the primary field that can be modified are not show in the Link Manage Email preferences in email footer as it is in the shortcode. Is there a way to do so ?
