Hey folks, I specialise in creating small addon brands with niche utility features. I have founded several companies, mostly as the #1 addon creator for Divi as well as SureCart, but since I use Fluent tools on every site, I decided to establish FluentlyWP to build addons for Fluent plugins. We have our first addon available now, with many more in development to be announced soon. If you are interested in seeing what we created, please check out the product page here: https://fluentlywp.com/addons/fluently-toolkit/ If you would like to request a feature, just send us an email!
I am making these custom fields in woo commerce order; such as resvdate.
I am trying to make an automation sending this info in the email but I don't know how to grab these info using merged tags. Anyone know how I get this info in the email?
Other automation plugin(eg. FunnelKit), I can get these info using like this:
{{order_data key="resvdate"}}
I've always used MailerLite to send newsletters. Do you do this with FluentCRM? Automations, transactional emails, campaigns to thousands of email addresses? Doesn't it slow down your site? How is it better than MailerLite, for example? Convince me.
I might be overlooking this, but is there currently any native integration between FluentCRM (and ideally FluentForms as well) with Reoon Email Verifier?
It would be extremely useful to have a simple settings panel where we can enter the Reoon API key and automatically validate or sanitize any email that gets added β whether through forms, imports, or automations. This would help keep lists clean, reduce bounces, and improve overall email deliverability.
If such an integration doesnβt exist yet, Iβd like to request it as a feature. Reoon is a lightweight, accurate, and affordable verification option, and adding native support would be a great enhancement for users who want built-in email hygiene without relying on external workflows or manual checks. I've seen some other CRMs like SwipeOne that does this.
Thanks for considering!
We send a weekly email to our members with latest (custom) posts from our website and other news.
We also use FluentCommunity, which has its own weekly digest email with Trending Posts.
We donβt want to send two different weekly emails. We would love to a block βTrending FluentCommunity postsβ that we could drop into our regular weekly email, which we can style and track in FluentCRM
Any chance of FluentCRM offering a FluentCommunity email block like this?
I feel like I'm missing something really obvious, but I've been working on this for days now....
If I turn off double opt-in in Fluent Forms, there is no opt-in email. If I check the box, CRM uses the Fluent Forms confirmation message instead of the one I've made in CRM. I can find no checkbox to enable the CRM confirmation message.
Please help, I'm feeling dumb and stuck! Thanks :)
i think my double opt-in emails after they submit to a freebie or my newsletter subscription form (all with Fluentforms) is going to spam. Im only getting a small percentage of people finishing the subscription process. i do have a thank you page after subscription that tells them to check spam as well but obviously they are not.
I have checked my sender reputation and i thought it looked good (but im not super techy so maybe im not understanding). Any help would be great!
I've got a client who uses FluentCRM with a pretty big list. Over 169K contacts. When he sends out campaign emails, they're often sent to almost 100K people at once, with open rates of 50-60%.
The issue we're seeing is that his campaign archive screen loads really, really slowly. And as you can see, he has a lot of emails in his history in the system. And he DOES purge them out to remove things older than 6 months, but you can see there's still a lot in there.
So, I think the way the queries are working on this campaign screen in order to show the stats is causing a really slow screen load. It seems to me the queries could be re-written, or perhaps some new indexes put into the database, that would speed up screen load time in instances where there is just a TON of data in the system.
Thoughts?

Hi all,
I'm trying to figure something out, and I would love some help please.
I'm coming from an ActiveCampaign background, where contacts can have multiple lists with different status for each - e.g. I can be subscribed to the Newsletter list, but if I get an email from the Margarita Fridays list, I can unsubscribe from the Margarita Fridays list but stay on the Newsletter list.
How do the experts in the room manage this please?
Is it simply a "use Manage Preferences" and hope for the best...?
FluentCRM Team: are there plans to offer more granular control over this at some point? Or can it be hooked using custom plugins to offer better control over the unsubscribe function? Especially now Gmail has a big [UNSUBSCRIBE] link at the top of any newsletter emails... where I'm sure it will simply change the overall subscription status to Unsubscribed, removing everyone from ALL lists.
Help. Please. πβ€οΈπ
