I've seen emails sent by different marketers over the last couple of years that have sometimes at the top of their email a note that this email is marketing a specific product and if they no longer want to hear about said product but remain on the list they can click the link.

So as I'm thinking about this and FluentCRM, is this possible by using smart links? Where basically the landing page of the link is just something that acknowledges that they've been removed and the action in the setting of the click is to either remove or add a tag (or list) depending on how you have your tag/list setup?

That is how the logic seems to be in my mind. Am I on the right track?

Our team just released a minor maintenance release of FluentCRM. This release mainly focused on performance and security best practices recommended by the official Plugin Check (PCP) and Woo's Block-Based Revenue Tracker Improvements.

Full Changelog:

  • Optimize Code based on Plugin Check (PCP) Recommendations
  • Automation Flow and Related Database Queries Optimizations
  • WooCommerce Block-Based Checkout Checkbox Support
  • Improved Data Santization & Validation - Plugin Check (PCP)
  • Language Translation Improvements
  • Other Performance Improvements & Bug Fixes

By the way, our team is working super hardΒ to ship Version 3,Β and I am super excited about the BIG update. We are hoping we can ship it within the next month.

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for advice from people who send large email lists (10k+) through FluentCRM.

Right now I’m sending through SMTP2GO (SMTP) and I’m running into a major bottleneck:
Sending takes 2–3 seconds per email
A broadcast to ~10,000 subscribers takes hours

We reviewed my logs and noticed the delay is coming from wp_mail()

SMTP2GO also confirmed there is no throttling on their side, but that WordPress + SMTP is not suitable for high-volume sending.

Both FunnelKit and SMTP2GO recommend switching to an API-based mailer (Amazon SES, Postmark, Mailersend, etc.).

I’m considering Amazon SES, but I’ve heard mixed things:

πŸ‘‰ SES is extremely fast and cheap,
BUT

πŸ‘‰ deliverability can be tricky,

πŸ‘‰ and once emails end up on the SES suppression list, it can be a challenge to get them removed or reclassified.

I’d prefer to avoid deliverability headaches if possible.
So my questions for those of you sending big lists:

1. Which API mailer are you using successfully with FluentCRM?
SES?
Postmark?
Mailersend?
Another service?

2. How is your deliverability with that provider?
Especially compared to SES.

3. Any specific settings/tweaks you recommend for:
queue worker
cron setup
batch size
or API rate limits
… to improve performance?

4. If you’ve used Amazon SES:
Did you encounter any issues with suppressions/spam listings, and how easy was it to manage?

Thanks so much in advance! πŸ™ I’d love to hear what’s working best in the real world, especially for high-volume WordPress senders πŸ˜‰

If I use a shortcode to make a manage preferences link to allow the mail recipient to select lists, etc. in the Global Footer, it works great. If I use the identical shortcode within the body of the email template, it generates a long but different link and leads to an error page.

I can see the two links sitting above one another in the sent email, and the footer link works while the body link does not.

(These are not test emails which have disabled the unsubscribe or preference links.)

Any insight? Thanks!

OK, since FluentCRM still isn't prioritizing sales pipeline (even though it was promised as a priority improvement in the first month of its existence), what workarounds/other solutions do you use for pipeline? I see within Notion, I can create some sales pipeline capabilities – is there a way to integrate FluentCRM & Notion, or FluentCRM and some OTHER plugin, used for pipeline activities?

For those who wonder what "Sales Pipeline" means, here's a brief:

What a β€œSales Pipeline” Is (Plain English)

AΒ sales pipelineΒ is just a simple visual way to track where someone is on their path fromΒ interestedΒ β†’Β hired/purchased.

It helps you see who needs attention, who’s ready to move forward, and what to do next.

Typical Sales Pipeline Features in CRMs (with Benefits)

  • Drag-and-Drop Stages

Move people through steps likeΒ New Lead β†’ Discovery Call β†’ Follow-Up β†’ Closed.

Benefit:Β You instantly see progress and what’s stuck.

  • Custom Views (List, Kanban, Table, Timeline)

Filter or sort your pipeline by things likeΒ Last Contacted,Β Next Action,Β Lead Source,Β Value, orΒ Status.

Benefit:Β You can instantly spot who needs a follow-up, who’s gone quiet, and where your attention should go.

  • β€œLast Contacted” & β€œNext Contact Due” Sorting

Highlight leads that haven’t been touched in a while, or surface only the contacts due today.

Benefit:Β Helps you keep communication consistent and prevents forgotten leads.

  • Alerts, Reminders & Notifications

Set a reminder likeΒ β€œFollow up with Jane in 3 days” or get an alert when someone opens your email, fills out a form, or moves to a new stage.

Benefit:Β You stay perfectly on top of your pipeline without needing a superhuman memory.

  • Automated Follow-Ups

Trigger emails, tasks, texts, or internal notes automatically when someone enters a stage or goes silent for X days.

Benefit:Β Keeps your outreach steady and saves a ton of time.

  • Task & Activity Tracking

Log calls, add notes, assign tasks, attach documents, or record next steps.

Benefit:Β Everything lives in one place so you’re never scrambling to remember what happened last.

  • Lead Scoring & Qualification

Add points for engagement (opens, clicks), profile fit, or actions taken.

Benefit:Β Highlights the warmest, most ready-to-convert people first.

  • Email & Texting Integration

Send emails or texts right from the CRM and track responses.

Benefit:Β Lets you see which messages actually move people forward.

  • Forecasting & Revenue Projections

Use your current pipeline to estimate how much potential revenue is coming.

Benefit:Β Helps with planning, budgeting, and strategic decisions.

  • Customizable Pipelines for Different Workflows

Build separate pipelinesβ€”for practitioners, coaches, collectives, partnerships, onboarding, renewalsβ€”whatever you need.

Benefit:Β Nothing gets forced into a one-size-fits-all system.

  • Reporting & Bottleneck Insights

See conversion rates, stage duration, lead aging, and where people get stuck.

Benefit:Β Helps you tighten weak spots and boost conversions.

  • Integrated Forms & Website Capture

New leads flow straight into your pipeline from your site, forms, directory pages, or checkouts.

Benefit:Β Zero manual data entry and instant tracking.

  • Mobile Access

Update your pipeline anywhereβ€”events, conferences, meetings, or errands.

    Benefit:Β Perfect for networking-heavy businesses.

I want to make sure I'm right about how these date filters work. The goal on this particular segment is to include anybody who has opened/click an email most recently between 30-90 days ago.

I have another segment for people within last 30 days. So, this segment is NOT supposed to include anybody who has opened/clicked within last 30 days, but is supposed to find the people who did so after 30 days ago, but before 90 days ago.

Is the logic right? The grammar on these search criteria sometimes confuses me. πŸ˜‡

Dynamic Segment - Date Filters

Hello,

Is there a hook that allows specifying the source of a user’s profile picture for the CRM Image? For company / customer?

For example, our customers’ profile photos are stored in a user_profile usermeta field, and we use a script to display this image on the website instead of the default Gravatar image when the field is not empty. However, it seems the CRM does not attempt to retrieve a profile picture from the default WordPress meta.

Hi, since latest update my contact layout is very messy
Cleared cache, but that did not help. Shahjahan JewelΒ am I the only one with this issue?
