Add tags by variations / attributes ?

Hi is it possible to add tags to a customer based on variations / attributes from woocommerce? if yes a link to videos or documentation would be great. I have looked but cant find anything.

This is what I am trying to achieve. when an order is placed, I want to add tags to the customer.

I have a product that has 2 variations (See the image ) I can add the master product as a tag from the product page which is not a problem but I also want to be able to tag the customer with Strength and Flavour. The goal is I want to be able to email all customers that bought product X in Y strength with Z flavour.

IF Fluent can't do this is there additional add on or plugin that would allow me to achieve this?
