Create Customer Accounts at Woo Checkout vs. FluentCRM Automation?
Hi guys. There seems to be a point of conflict between creating customer accounts between Woocommerce and FluentCRM automations.
In Woocommerce I can click "Allow customers to create an account during checkout."
However, in FluentCRM, i can set up an automation so that once someone purchases the product, I can also set a trigger so that upon purchasing the product the customer will be sent their WordPress login/password so they can accesss their Fluent Community space.
The image below shows the screenshot of the automation created in FluentCRM. What other password does FluentCRM send here, if the customer also created an account during their Woocommerce checkout?
Does this not conflict? I am unsure if the customer would receive two accounts in this case, and if the purchase would automatically create the user account using the customers paypal email (and not a designated email address they prefer?)
Any insights would be most welcome, thanks tribe <3
My guess is that you would only use one so that they don't create the conflict. I see these types of options happen a lot as many of these plugins have been designed to operate stand alone from another plug-in. (I might not have that language correct, but that's how I'm seeing it.)
