Hello,
It would be great to have a public roadmap from you guys so we dont vibe code /create custom plugins for the ecosistem (and fluentcrm in particular in this case).
Could you add it

If you feel a roadmap would make sense for FluentCRM, vote it below!
Lets show Shahjahan JewelΒ this is not just a isolate feature request (hopefully )
Lots of times I have an update, notification or invoice I have done.
Either Out of Office Hours (Sat or Sunday) or differnt time zone.
And I need to send the email with Attachemnt to a business, it need s to go to the Accounts dept and the Dept Manager, so 2 sepparte email addresses.
But Fluent CRM is limited, it would be good if they could make it easier
- CC another emai address
- Add an attachemnt (eg Invoice or Images)
- Schedule the email to go during business hours
To send this type of Template email I normally...
- select a Client from the Contact List > click Email > Send Email > Import / Use Template > select the Template email > edit a few words > SEND
But it would be great if before I click Send I could;
- CC in another person
- Add an attachment
- Schedule so it goes into their inbox after they have cleared all the marketing emails they received overnight.
I'm not sure if this is due to missing translations, but some text and functionality seem to be missing in FluentCRM when the site language is set to Hebrew (My profile language is set to English).
Personally, I'd prefer the FluentCRM interface to remain entirely in English, while supporting RTL whenever it's needed. What's the recommended way to fix this? Shahjahan JewelΒ

hey all, let me know if there is a workaround or how do you handle this.
we moved from hubspot. we export clicks from past campaigns for our phone sales agents.
the problem with fluent is that it does not filter out "bot" clicks, safety clicks etc, so we cant filter out actual link clicks from the automated ones.
did i miss something or forgott to set something up ?
Iβm not sure if others would find this useful too, but Iβd like to suggest a feature idea.
It would be very helpful to have a calendar view showing all scheduled campaigns by date.
I usually plan my email campaigns quarterly, so having a calendar would make it much easier to see available dates, avoid overlapping campaigns, and prevent accidentally scheduling an email too close toβor too far fromβanother campaign.
I think this would be a great addition for users who plan multiple campaigns in advance. What do you think?
When you write an email in the interface of the customer card, if by mistake you click next to the editing window it closes and.... you lose everything that has been written. Really boring. It would be interesting to add, at least, a button to save it
We are rolling out a signed updater to all the plugins, and today, we shipped that for FluentCRM Pro, and I wanted to do this before our flagship update WhatsApp messaging later this week.
Your site checks the signature before WordPress installs anything. If the package was not built by us, or a file changed in transit, the update stops and tells you why. Nothing to turn on. This is our bigger goal about making our plugins more secure than ever.
We also sent both the free and Pro plugins to Patchstack for an external review. Everything they reported back for the edge cases is fixed in this release.
Now your site checks four things before installing:
- The release is signed, and the signature verifies against a key compiled into the plugin.
- The signed package is actually FluentCRM Pro, not another product of ours replayed as an update.
- The version is not older than what you have, which closes the downgrade trick.
- The file hash matches the signed one. One byte out and the file is deleted, not installed.
Full write-up about how it works and why this is the most secure way to distribute premium plugins: https://fluentcrm.com/blog/signed-releases-and-public-checksums-for-fluentcrm-pro/
Super excited about the next release, which will include WhatsApp messaging. Stay tuned.
Am I the only one who still builds email campaigns using the visual builder instead of the Gutenberg Block Editor?
I've tried using the new editor several times, but I keep running into a couple of issues.
-
I find it much more cumbersome when it comes to formatting text, adjusting spacing, font sizes, and similar details.
-
More importantly, even when everything looks fine in the editor, the final email can be rendered very differently depending on the email client.
For example, the text may look huge in one client and perfectly fine in another. Sometimes even within the same email, some parts appear normal while others become much smaller, especially bullet lists.
So I'm wondering if there's something I'm still missing, or if other people are experiencing the same issues with the Block Editor.
Is everyone else happily using it, while I'm the only one still sticking with the visual builder?
Any tips, settings, or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
Hi FluentCRM team, You currently have the Automation funnel ability for Voxel βOrder Placedβ. When will you be adding in the same automation funnel for Voxel βPaid Membersβ? This would be super helpful, please & thank you.
Currently, custom fields must be manually created and mapped in the contact import or mapped during a migration from any supported CRM platform. If you could create custom fields during import or migration, that would speed up the process of moving from another CRM to FluentCRM.
