Hiding License Management
Is there a chance you all can enable the ability for the owners of your licensed products to hide the licensing information to other admins on the website? Maybe the admins can optionally add their own licensing to replace ours? Our clients want admin access, but they should not really get the details themselves.
I just don't like all the details of the licensed information to be available to the other admins of the site.
The screen shown is the FluentCRM Pro license confirmation page.
You can restrict access by going to FluentCRM β Settings β Managers and removing the userβs Manage Settings permission. This will hide and restrict the entire FluentCRM Settings section, including License Management, not only the license page.

At the moment, FluentCRM does not provide a separate permission to hide only the license information while allowing access to the other settings.
Ahsan ChowdhuryΒ Thanks for this info. I went to add another admin as a manager and said "No user found with your query." In fact, all of the admins are not able to be added. It appears that Admins cannot be governed by this. If I put a subscriber in the search they show up.
Kevin WatsonΒ This happens because WordPress Administrators already have full access to WordPress and FluentCRM, so they cannot be added as managers through this feature. Only users with supported roles, such as Subscribers, Editor etc can be assigned as managers
Sujoy Chandra DasΒ I get it. But it should not have the details of my license in there, at all. It should not tell my client that I subscribe to a 5 license plan. At the most, it should just have the license key.
I don't allow my clients to buy the license because I do not want to deal with going through their accounts for support. They understand that. But I would charge them for the single license annually and I do not want to show that I have a bulk license account.
Kevin Watson We understand your concern regarding this matter. I've forwarded it to our team, and we hope they can find a suitable solution soon
