Do you have a release date yet? The default settings aren't legal for use in Germany.
Is there a workaround to edit the template in the meantime?
Thanks!
I tried the inventory management add-on but it didn't show any inventory indicators. I need to manage inventory for a variation (or more) of digital products.
I have a few scenarios:
- Founding member with limited spots (aka the first 20 get it for $X instead of $Z) (Need this figured it out in the next 72 hours... wish me luck)
- Group coaching programs where spots are limited (need this by next week)
- When doing events (retreats, workshops, etc): Super Early Bird vs Early Bird vs General Admission vs Last Minute
- Webinars and other platforms where there are caps on the people attending. (potential client)
Hello,
Iβm writing to inform about some mandatory invoicing requirements for Italy, which are necessary to issue legally compliant invoices to Italian customers.
In Italy, invoices must be issued electronically and specific customer data must be collected depending on whether the buyer is a private individual or a business/company.
1. Private individuals (B2C)
To issue a valid invoice to private customers in Italy, we are required to collect the following data:
- First name
- Last name
- Full address
- Tax Code (Codice Fiscale)
- PEC (Certified Email Address)
- Email address
- Phone number
2. Businesses / Companies (B2B)
For businesses or self-employed professionals, we are required to collect:
- Business name / Legal name
- Registered legal address
- Tax Code (Codice Fiscale)
- VAT Number (Partita IVA)
- PEC (Certified Email Address)
- SDI Code (Sistema Di Interscambio β electronic invoicing identifier)
- Contact email
- Contact phone number
These fields are mandatory in order to correctly generate and transmit electronic invoices through the Italian tax system (Agenzia delle Entrate).
I wanted to share this information so you can evaluate:
- required billing fields for Italy
- form field availability / validation
- invoicing and export compatibility for Italian users
If you need any clarification about Italian invoicing rules or real-world use cases, Iβll be happy to help.
Thank you for your work and support.
Best regards,
Roberto Catto
Update : Thank you for the quick response.
Iβve just tested it and everything is working normally again.
Since the update, when an item is added to the cart, the cart does not appear. You have to click βAdd to cartβ twice for the cart to display with the product. The same issue occurs when removing an item from the cart: you need to click the trash icon twice.
Update : Iβve just noticed that if I empty the cart and refresh the page, the product appears in the cart again. Please note that everything was working before the update. My site was officially launched YESTERDAY.
Has anyone crafted a work around for not having Invoicing capability? Looking forward to your feed back.
We just released FluentCart 1.3.4 with one of the most useful and most requested features, and that's: Bundle Products.
Now you can Bundle Multiple Products and sell as a single product. It's one of the most useful features for many merchants especially for digital downloads. Now you can enjoy this feature in the Pro. It's the very first version, so many new improvements will follow in the coming months.
Stripe hosted checkout: We added Stripe Hosted checkout in this version as well. If you prefer stripe hosted checkout, you can enable that from settings.
NEW - Razorpay payment gateway: We added Razorpay payment gateway for India. In this version, it will only supports onetime payments as Razorpay does not support automatic subscriptions, Our team is working on a manual subscription management processor, then we can support subscriptions.
100% recurring discount: You can now create a 100% recurring discount.
Other Improvements:
- Order reference to Stripe metadata
- Adds Turnstile invisible captcha
- Adds Email notification for offline payment
- Adds Items information in Stripe metadata
- Adds WP user creation
- Adds Subscription retention & Cohort report
- Fixes the Double confirmation email issue
- Fixes Order bump with subscription products
- Fixes NO_SHIPPING for PayPal subscription issue
- Fixes the Amount precision issue for PayPal
- Fixes the Update button issue for the affiliate in the coupon
- Fixes the Checkout missing company name store issue
- Fixes the Conflicts with the Divi-5 Builder issue
- Fixes Customer's last purchase invalid date issue
- Fix Downloads handling for object-based order
- Fixes S3 empty file validation issue
- Other improvements and bug fixes.
Please release the full announcement post here: https://fluentcart.com/blog/fluentcart-v1-3-4/
Please let us know your feedback about this update, and we are looking forward releasing some existing updates in the coming weeks. 2026 will be amazing for FluentCart and we are so excited about it.
I have had two customers so far that have purchased something via PayPal and I received the money in PayPal, but inside a FluentCart it shows on hold and I have to manually click "paid" or select "paid." Why is this?
I don't see that there is an option to disable this and just make the payment already approved inside a FluentCart. And to reiterate, I have received the money in PayPal, so it is in fact paid.
I have customers who joined using a discount code. New customers can use this code to sign up until January 31, and the discount is recurring. This means they keep the discounted price as long as they remain members.
My question is: will this recurring discount continue to apply for existing customers after January 31, once the code is no longer valid for new customers? Or do I need to set these discount codes without an end date if I want existing members to keep their discount for as long as they stay subscribed?
Hello,
I have a question about subscription handling with Fluent Cart, Fluent CRM, Fluent Community, and Stripe.
When a user purchases a subscription, everything works correctly:
Fluent Cart activates the subscription, triggers a webhook, and access to the correct Fluent Community space is granted.
When a user cancels their subscription:
- The subscription is marked as canceled in Stripe and Fluent Cart
- No further payments are collected (correct)
- The user should still have access until the end of the current billing period (like Netflix)
The issue is that no action or webhook is triggered when the billing period actually ends.
So I have no way to automatically remove access (close the community space, remove a tag, or trigger a webhook) at that moment.
My question:
- Is there a way to trigger an action or webhook when the billing period end date is reached, not at the moment of cancellation?
- Or is there a recommended workaround for this in Fluent Cart / Stripe / Fluent CRM?
Thank you in advance.
Kind regards,
