Just want to share my appreciation for the Fluent team. Fluent Cart is sooo much better than many other plugins I took chances on that still don't even come close to what Fluent Cart is (anyone remember MarketPress?).

Every time I'm missing a feature that I was available in either the WooCommerce base plugin or an add-on/upsell, I remind myself that Woo has been around for 15 years.

I can only imagine what Fluent Cart will be like in 15 years and I'm totally here for it!

I’ve been testing Independent Analytics for a few months now.

Short version: it solves 80% of what most people use Google Analytics for, with 20% of the friction.

Why I like it:

• Cookieless by default → more GDPR-friendly
• Works out of the box with Woo, SureCart and FluentCart
• Way simpler and faster to set up than GA

If you’re looking for a no-nonsense analytics setup for FluentCart, this is it.

You will love the auto-generation of reports.
Especially relevant for Roberto Campos Arce , who recently asked about GA + FluentCart.

It’s a generous free plugin, with an LTD (ref) if you want extras like forms, conversions, etc.

I also spoke with the founder about FluentCommunity.

Since it’s an SPA, the /portal can’t be tracked the same way GA does: but even with that limitation (at least, for the moment), it’s already helped us spot real optimization opportunities: best pages, 404 error pages, track custom events, track best performing versions of specific landing pages, AI referers...

Important note: cookieless ≠ “GDPR solved.

You still have obligations.

But it’s clearly more privacy-respectful than Google Analytics.

I’m stuck on what should be a simple thing, but it’s driving me a bit crazy, so I’m turning to the community 🙏

🧩 Context

I’m trying to create an ORDER via the FluentCart REST API, following the official documentation:

✅ The route is correct
✅ Headers are correct (auth, content-type, etc.)
❌ I’m blocked on the JSON payload, especially around required IDs

💳 My Setup

• I’m using an external payment system (GoCardless)

• Every successful payment triggers a webhook

• The webhook sends data like:

  • customer email
  • customer name
  • amount
  • payment reference, etc.

• I also include the FluentCart customer ID in the webhook (requiered)

👉 The goal is simple (in theory):
When a payment succeeds → create an Order in FluentCart via API

🔥 The Real Problem

My main difficulty is the JSON request body:

• Some items IDs are truly mandatory to create an order, but how to provide then ? Etc exemple "post_id": 7529088,
  "variation_id": 0,
  "object_id": 59,

The documentation explains the fields, but I’m missing a working, practical JSON example for this kind of action.

🙋 What I’m Looking For

• A real example of a valid JSON payload that successfully creates an order

• Clarification on:

  • required vs optional IDs
  • how FluentCart expects orders created outside its own checkout

• Any gotchas or “aha moments” you ran into doing this

🧠 If you’ve already:

• created orders via API only
• fought with this JSON and won 😄

we have one site with woocommerce and cartflows.. curious if Fluentcart offers order bump options similar to Cartflows..? Thanks

CartFlows allows you to replace the first product in the cart with the Order Bump product when a user accepts the offer on the Checkout page. This can help you create more dynamic offers that adapt based on customer behavior.

When enabled, selecting the order bump will automatically swap out the first product listed on the checkout page with the bump product. If the order bump is later deselected, the original product is restored.

Can I align all monthly subscriptions to be renewed at the 1st every month and when a user subscribes in the middle of a month do a prorated price for this period?

And is it also possible the set a cancellation period of current month plus 1 month?

As far as I know currently it is not possible to show the product thumbnail for order bumps. You only see the product title and some headlines that you set yourself.

However, is there a workaround for showing the product thumbnail for the order bump during checkout? Because right now the order bump looks very unattractive without any picture.
