Payment failed notification

Hi, I would like to see a 'payment failed' notification for customer and shopowner.

I see a lot of failed orders coming through because people try to pay with a debet card instead of creditcard. On the checkout we can not change the Stripe namings (it says 'card' with logo's, but mastercard and visa have debet also)
To make this easier I would like to send an emailnotification to the customer saying he has to use a creditcard
