I use and appreciate being able to use Gutenberg block editing on the lower half of my product pages. However, I'm wondering if it's possible to edit the top half. I fear many purchasers don't see the stuff "below the fold". Often, for simple product short descriptions, it leaves a big space just below the Buy Now/Add to Cart buttons. Can I access that space somehow? Attached is an example.

Building an eCommerce plugin from scratch was a bold move by WPManageNinja, and that’s genuinely impressive. However, I believe more consideration should have been given to the plugin’s extensibility.

If your goal is to compete directly with WooCommerce and reach a worldwide audience, it’s essential to recognize that each country has its own shipping methods and carriers. Supporting this diversity requires a strong extensibility model.

At the moment, I haven’t found any way for developers like myself to extend shipping options within FluentCart. This prevents not only me, but also hundreds of other developers and companies, from contributing integrations that could significantly expand your ecosystem. In its current state, this is a major limitation for FluentCart.

Relying solely on your internal team to build and maintain integrations for every shipping carrier worldwide is simply not scalable.

For context, I’ve been developing for WooCommerce for years and have thousands of clients using my shipping solutions. I would absolutely consider migrating them to FluentCart if the platform were extensible.

Another concern is the lack of response regarding this topic. None of our support emails or community posts about extensibility have received clear answers. It would be very helpful to understand your roadmap and intentions in this area.

Thank you for your time, and I hope you consider this feedback seriously.

I live in Alabama where, like many states, there are additional municipal and county sales tax in addition to the state sales tax that needs to be collected. Based on the current release, it looks like only state level regions are included. Am I going to have to manually input all local jurisdictions in any state that I have economic nexus? That's just not feasible if so, and I likely will need to switch to WooCommerce until a mechanism is in place in FluentCart to handle this, perhaps integration with other tax plugins like Stripe Tax? Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Would be great if we could select per product/category what payment options are available.

For example with a paid booking, we don't want manual payment or SEPA, because the booking is automatically canceled after x time when the payment is not received yet, what leads to confusion

Hello FluentCart team!

To make FluentCart a viable and highly adopted e-commerce solution in Brazil, integrating with our local shipping providers is absolutely crucial. In Brazil, standard flat rates or table rates rarely work due to the country's continental size; we depend heavily on dynamic API calculations.

For reference, here are the most popular shipping solutions currently used in the WooCommerce Brazilian ecosystem. Having native integrationsβ€”or at least a clear API/Documentation to build custom shipping methods for theseβ€”would be a game-changer:

1. Correios (Direct Integration) Correios is our national postal service and the absolute baseline for any Brazilian store.

  • Reference Plugin: Claudio Sanches - Correios for WooCommerce. This is the open-source community standard. It connects directly to the Correios API to calculate "PAC" (Standard) and "SEDEX" (Express) rates, both with and without corporate contracts.

2. Melhor Envio (Shipping Gateway)

  • Melhor Envio is a massive shipping broker in Brazil. Instead of store owners negotiating individual contracts with multiple carriers, Melhor Envio offers pre-negotiated, cheaper rates connecting Correios and several private carriers (like Jadlog, Azul Cargo, etc.) in a single API.

3. Frenet (Shipping Gateway)

  • Frenet is another robust shipping gateway, highly valued for its stability. Its biggest differential is the "offline contingency" systemβ€”if a carrier's API goes down, Frenet uses a backup table to keep calculating rates at checkout without losing the sale.

4. Kangu (Mercado Libre Group) - High Priority

  • I want to put a special emphasis on Kangu. Kangu is a rapidly growing logistics network and shipping gateway that was officially acquired by Mercado Livre (Mercado Libre).
  • Why this matters: This means Kangu belongs to the exact same holding group as Mercado Pago. Since Mercado Pago is already a standard payment gateway for LATAM, pairing it with Kangu creates a powerful, unified ecosystem for merchants. Kangu offers incredibly competitive shipping rates by leveraging Mercado Libre's massive proprietary logistics network and drop-off points, alongside traditional carriers. Integrating Kangu would instantly make FluentCart highly attractive to Brazilian sellers.

Would love to know if the team plans to build native integrations for any of these, or if there is documentation available for us developers to start building custom shipping method add-ons for FluentCart!

How can I change the email that is sent when an account is created after purchase?

when working with products, it would be usefull if we can access the WP media library.
Especially when migrating from other wp shoppingcarts. Media are allready available in the library, it makes no sense that we can not access this . Maybe a tab below 'local'?

I'm working on implementing FluentCart on my band's web site to sell merch and our music. The first product will be a download of our album and I was wondering a few things:

1- Is it possible to change the folder where downloadable assets are stored via a filter or hook as it doesn't seem to be an option in the UI.

2- I'm asking #1 because it seems that the album file is directly accessible if someone types the exact URL as the file is not protected at all and it seems the normal htaccess rules one would use to protect a directory have no effects in the uploads folder.

If this is not possible, please consider this a feature request. Ideally, a shop's downloadable assets should live in a non publicly accessible folder on the server.

3- Is there a ways to support storage sources other than AWS or local. DropBox or pCloud would be ideal for us or Bunny CDN. Local is not secure at this point and I do not want to use AWS.

Any guidance on this would be much appreciated.

Thank you very much!

How can I delete a customer in FluentCart? I`ve been testing new integration (payment system) and got into point were I cant delete nor customer (deleted in wp users), nor demo products.

it would be great if we could disable cancelation option for x payments.

Use case: when I setup a website for a client, we agree that he stays for a minimum of 12 months. For this comittment, I can give him a specific price. But I want it to be imposible for him to cancel the subscription before those 12 months are passed. He can cancel only from month 13 or beyond.
