editing top half of product page

I use and appreciate being able to use Gutenberg block editing on the lower half of my product pages. However, I'm wondering if it's possible to edit the top half. I fear many purchasers don't see the stuff "below the fold". Often, for simple product short descriptions, it leaves a big space just below the Buy Now/Add to Cart buttons. Can I access that space somehow? Attached is an example.
