I switched from Astra to Divi theme, and now I wonder, is this even possible? My productpages give a sidebar and header and footer. What is the workaround here? Somebody? π.
I hope a feature will be added soon, just like in Gutenberg, so that I can place a button on my landing page that triggers a slide-in cart.

Hello, I have a client in Canada who is trying to make a purchase. I'm in the U.S., and the client is getting this alert. I have my store set up with Stripe. I asked ChatGPT, and one of the things mentioned was that the client might need to authorize payment with the bank. Before I jump through hoops troubleshooting, does anyone know what the most likely cause is? TIA!
Hi,
The order bump is placed below the overview of the order. This means that no one sees the actual order bumps on mobile. When I use the 2 column feature with Elementor it shows perfect on laptop, but on mobile it's unreadable.
How can I change this so there will be more order bumps? I used to have more when using WooCommerce.
Thanks!
UPDATE: As of March 29, 2026, the support team has acknowledged that this is a verified bug. Hopefully there will be a fix in a patch / bugfix minor release... it's too big a thing to bundle with the next feature release!
A customer ordered a digital product from me -- an epub file -- and emailed me to let me know the download link either couldn't be found or had expired.
I logged in as them and confirmed. I then double-checked the product; everything seemed in order. I also logged in as other customers and checked that their downloadable purchases were still downloadable. All good.
On a whim, I went into the offending product and re-entered file information under Downloadable Asset(s) and re-saved the product. I logged in as my customer again, and sure enough, the product could be downloaded.
So! Is FluentCart "losing" or "forgetting" uploaded files in the same way it sometimes loses featured images?
This is a very nasty issue, if true, and should be addressed ASAP.
Could we specify shipping class for product variations?
Let's say a graphic design is available as a sticker (small, lightweight, flat) and a poster (large, heavy tube). Customers don't want to scroll through multiple product listings for the same design; they want to pick out the sticker, magnet, and/or poster on the same page and add to cart. I don't want to collect sticker shipping costs for a poster. :) Thanks!
What I'm hoping to do: set up a single-use coupon for anyone, even those who are not yet users.
What I attempted: I thought applying the Per User LImit to "1" would take care of it.
What happens: This makes the coupon invalid for people who have not yet become users. Only removing the Per User Limit fixes it, but that opens the coupon up to multiple uses by the same user.
Any ideas how to make this work? Thanks in advance!
I activated cash payements because it was requested by some clients, but then I got assaulted by bots who tried to buy products by cash. Now I have a dozen of these fake transactions.
Is it possible/adviced to delete these spam transactions?
What can we do to avoid this ? (captcha, ...)
Hi all,
Would love to switch to FluentCart with subscriptions and products. (Would love a migration tool, haha).
What i really need to know if subscriptions with ideal (now Wero) is possible, first payment is with ideal, recurring payments are with SEPA. Mollie supports this natively, but i cannot find if FluentCart supports it.
Thanks!
Hi there!
I installed the free version, and I like it, but I have a few questions:
1. In the Pro version, is it possible to delete and reorder checkout fields?
2. For subscriptions, can I manually change the next payment renewal date?
3. Is there a subscription saver feature (if the discount option is canceled, etc.)?
4. Is cart abandonment a separate plugin or built-in? I canβt find it.
5.If a customer purchased a subscription (via Stripe) for $1, and I later change the monthly subscription fee to $2, will the price also change for those who purchased it earlier?
6. WooSub and WooCommerce Membership work together. If someoneβs subscription expires and isnβt renewed, the membership is automatically suspended. How does this work here? We donβt use FluentCRM; we use something else. Do we need an automation plugin, like UncannyAutomator?
7.For subscription-based services, can users change their credit card information on my website? I can't find it.
8. In what ways, why, and by how much is this plugin faster than WooCommerce + WooCommerce Subscriptions? Are there any tests on this? Or if there are already 100,000 subscription renewals, does it slow down just the same? If not, then why not?
Thanks a lot!
I am sharing my experience in a clear, chronological manner to help identify potential issues in the downgrade process and prevent similar situations for other users.
- Initial Purchase
I purchased the 50-site Lifetime license based on the product roadmap and initial expectations. - Issues Encountered
Over time, the platform did not reach the level of stability required for production use. This led to:
- project delays
- postponed implementation decisions
- financial impact due to reliance on expected improvements
- Downgrade Request
I opened a support ticket (#1614) requesting a downgrade from the 50-site LTD license to the 5-site LTD license, aiming to reduce exposure while continuing limited usage. - Official Confirmation
Support confirmed that:
- the downgrade to the 5-site LTD license was completed
- all remaining split payments were canceled
At this stage, the request appeared fully resolved.
- Current Critical Issue
Following this confirmation, my license is now completely inactive.
I no longer have access even to the 5-site LTD license, which is currently impacting active projects. - Key Concern
There is a clear inconsistency between:
- the confirmed downgrade
and - the actual license status (inactive)
- Extended Use Case β Multi-Level Client Scenario
A critical concern arises in a real-world usage scenario:
If I build a website for a client and include FluentCart, and that client further uses the system to generate or manage licenses for their own customers, what happens if a downgrade or similar issue occurs at my level?
Specifically:
- If my main license becomes inactive, does it automatically impact all downstream client installations?
- Will my clientβs customers also lose access or functionality as a result?
- Is there any isolation between license layers (developer β client β end user), or is everything dependent on the root license?
- In such a case, what is the recovery procedure to restore all affected environments quickly?
- Are there safeguards to prevent a cascading failure across multiple client sites?
This scenario introduces significant risk in agency or SaaS-like implementations, where one license issue could propagate across multiple businesses.
- Purpose of This Post
This is not intended as criticism, but as a request for clarity and process validation.
The goal is to ensure that other users do not encounter similar disruptions.
I will provide updates once the issue is resolved.
