In product filter is still bad position for CZK (KΔ) currency. It is before value and without spacing. See screenshot. For example product price how is it showed is still more acceptable.
I can fix it with CSS with RTL atribute to change currency position but I think this should work natively.

Would love to be able to do a one-click migration from SureCart to FluentCart. Right now we have two carts so we can integrate payments into FluentBooking. β¦
Hi,
FluentCart has an option in Settings (Store Settings > Product Page) to customize the product slug.
By default: /item/
Can be customized to: /p/ (a better slug for products).
However, there's currently no option to customize the category slug.
By default: /product-categories/
Could be customized to: /c/ (a better slug for categories).
We'd recommend adding this option right below the custom product slug field in the settings.
The following snippet works for now, for anyone who needs it:
add_filter('register_taxonomy_args', function ($args, $taxonomy, $object_type) {
if ($taxonomy === 'product-categories') {
$args['rewrite'] = ['slug' => 'c'];
}
return $args;
}, 10, 3);
Heads-up for everyone selling to EU consumers: from 19 June 2026 every online shop must show a dedicated online withdrawal button β a one-click way for customers to withdraw from a contract (new Art. 11a of the Consumer Rights Directive, EU 2023/2673). It has to be prominent, lead to a simple two-step confirmation, and the customer must get an acknowledgement on a durable medium. No dark patterns allowed.
I couldn't find anything that did this properly for FluentCart, so I built one β and I'm giving it away for free, open source.
WWU Withdrawal Button supports FluentCart on day one (and WooCommerce), through a shared adapter layer. It gives you:
- the withdrawal button with the exact statutory wording per language (IT/EN/DE/FR/ES);
- a clean two-step statement β confirmation flow;
- an automatic acknowledgement email + PDF + a permanent verifiable link;
- a tamper-evident, append-only log with a free trusted timestamp (OpenTimestamps), and automatic logging of the refund so you can prove you reimbursed within the 14-day deadline;
- a Gutenberg block + shortcodes, and full CSS theming;
- a merchant dashboard that explains exactly what to do when a request comes in.
It's genuinely free, GPL, no upsell, no tracking. I'd love feedback from FluentCart users β especially edge cases in your setups β so I can harden the FluentCart adapter before the deadline.

It's a technical compliance aid, not legal advice β have your setup reviewed by a lawyer.
I submitted a ticket with these questions but figured I'd ask here as well in case other users have similar questions.
Is it currently possible to send more info to Authorize.net when orders are processed?
For example, ideally, it would be possible to send an order description, invoice number string, and line items for each item purchased. All of these are supported by Authorize.net but I don't see any settings inside FluentCart for them.
Thanks in advance!
Hey Fluent Team & Community,
βWhile the Fluent ecosystem is amazing, there is still a missing link to make it a true funnel powerhouse: a native, deep integration between FluentForms and FluentCart.
Add a native FluentCart Integration inside FluentForms that allows us to:
βLink to Product: Select a specific FluentCart product directly within the form settings.
βCore Field Mapping: Map standard form fields (Name, Email, Phone) so they automatically populate the FluentCart checkout page.
βCustom Field Mapping: Pass custom fields from the form over to FluentCart, allowing us to capture and expand on custom checkout data.
There is no solution in fluentcart to add custom fields and no deep integration to add more information to products.
Hello, please - why I see still this update alert even though I have latest version? Thank for help.
How is everyone selling memberships, when you need to collect a series of data in advance of the checkout?
We were previously doing this with Fluent Forms for a specific client, but I like the idea of moving the checkout to Fluent Cart so that we can upsell add-ons, manage subscriptions, and track the order history.
If this option is enabled, apply VAT reverse charge where applicable, even when your customers are in your home country.

VAT Decision Matrix for a Belgian Company Selling Worldwide
Step 1: Identify the Customer Type
Before anything else, determine whether the customer is:
- B2C = Private individual
- B2B = Business customer
For B2B customers within the EU, always verify whether they have a valid VAT number.

Recommended Invoice Decision Process
Before issuing any invoice, answer these four questions:
Question 1
What type of customer is this?
- B2C (individual)
- B2B (business)
Question 2
If B2B:
- Does the customer have a valid VAT number?
- In which country is the business established?
Question 3
What type of service is being sold?
- Self-paced online course
- Live online training
- Coaching
- Consulting
- Physical event
Question 4
If it is a physical event:
- In which country is the event taking place?
Key Strategic Insight
For a business like yours, the highest VAT risk is not your online courses, mentoring, memberships, or live online programs.
The highest compliance risk comes from:
- International retreats
- Physical seminars
- Workshops held outside Belgium
- Events organized in multiple countries
Before launching physical events in France, Spain, Morocco, Switzerland, Canada, or other countries, build a country-specific VAT compliance checklist to determine:
- Whether local VAT registration is required
- Whether local invoicing rules apply
- Whether local sales taxes must be collected
- Which reporting obligations exist
This single precaution can prevent costly VAT assessments and penalties later.
This one is a big step, and honestly a fun one.
FluentCart now has a built-in eCommerce MCP server. In plain English: you can now talk to your store vai claude/codex/other AI clients. Ask a question, get an answer. Ask for an action, it gets done. No more clicking through five admin screens just to find out how this month compares to last month.
FluentCart exposes your store's data securely, and actions as tools an AI like Claude can use on your behalf, with your permissions. You ask, the AI does the clicking.
Here is what you can do with it:
- Reporting in a sentence. "Give me a sales summary for this month vs last month." You get gross, net, refunds, AOV, order count, and the percent change. No report screens.
- Support triage. "Find the order for customer@example.com"
- Restock decisions. "Which products are out of stock or running low?" Five seconds instead of digging.
- Flash promotions. "Create a 15% coupon called SPRINGSALE that expires end of month." Live before your coffee cools.
- Attribution. "Which UTM source drove the most revenue last quarter?" Used to mean exporting data and building a pivot table. Now it is one line.
It ships with 30 tools across orders, customers, products, subscriptions, coupons, reports, and licenses. The whole surface of your store, one prompt away.
A few things I want to be clear about:
- This is for you and your team, not your customers. It is a private, admin-side tool. Nothing changes on your storefront. Your customers keep shopping exactly as before.
- It is OFF by default. The server is not even running until you flip the toggle, so zero overhead for stores that do not use it.
- It is safe. Destructive actions like refunds require a preview and a confirmation step first, so no accidental money moves. The AI inherits your WordPress permissions too. If your account cannot issue refunds, neither can the AI. Revoke the application password and access dies instantly.
Setup takes about 2-3 minutes and you never leave WordPress: flip the toggle in Settings β Features & Addon, create an application password, point your AI client (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP client) at your store, and test with "show me all my orders." If data comes back, you are talking to your store.

This is the kind of thing that quietly changes how you run your store. Give it a try and let me know what you ask it first π
