Video Teasers on Course Overview Pages

I literally just thought of this as well this morning as I was trying to figure out a work around. I ended up making a public lesson as the first lesson and will use that to share. But I do agree it would be better to have something better.
My workaround now, is to use the Lock in page Description. In case it helps.
That description field allows you to insert video. Not like the courses one 😅
Jorge de los Reyes I'm not sure I follow exactly the location that you're referring to. Do you have a screenshot?
Janice Bennett I do not have access to a laptop right now. But for the moment try this:
course > edit info > Lock Screen (your course should be set to Cuatom Lock Screen on settings) > Description > Edit > add video with HTML.

It only works for custom default lock screens. Not for default, nor default course description. And it won’t appear to logged in users you may want to see the video…
But for non members, it’s a temporal workaround :)

Janice Bennett they are pretty neat!
But they have, like the default page, a big problem: “enroll into this course” button will still be available.
This means, for private courses, that an error will be triggered for this main CTA 😅
