Needed Enhancements
Right now:
- We can not edit the Default Lock Page: at least, I find no way to do so.
- Being on the Default Lock Page or in the Custom Lock Page, there is the blue button that reads "Enroll into this course" (Inscribirme a este curso -- in the picture): this button should allow us to redirect to the landing page or the checkout page. Currently we can select between: A. Default Lock Page. B. Custom Lock Page. C. Redirect to URL. We should be able to have that redirect option on options A and B too.
- Fluent CRM integration with community it's okey to "check" the info of in which courses is the user enrolled. The option to allow us to "Add to Space / Course" is handy. But I do not know why the option of Delete the user from Space / Course is not available.
Much needed enhancements. Specially, the ones regarding the Lock Pages. There's no way we can use them as Overview pages / landing pages, when the main CTA (the enrollment button) just gathers an error message...
- I added this as a feature request on the Roadmap. In case you want to vote clic here.
That seems like an error to me....
Paal Joachim RomdahlΒ what do you mean? π
Maybe a misconfiguration on my side ? (I hope so π - would like to get rid of that message and put that redirection)
Jorge de los ReyesΒ I am just thinking that when we try to change something that should be changed and it is not possible then I call it an error something that should not be there..:)
Paal Joachim RomdahlΒ oh, okay π.
I donβt really think itβs an actual errorβmore like just the way it was designed.
But once youβve spent endless hours inside e-learning platforms, you realize that what feels βobviousβ to us as course creators might not be so obvious for others.
For example, I recently had to move hundreds of lessons from draft to published π€£. Canβt believe there was no bulk publishing!
So, in the same way, this βenroll into the courseβ error message could probably just be omittedβby disabling that header on the Lock Screensβor, even better, allow for redirection. Really hoping for that second option! π
Jorge de los ReyesΒ Let's hope for a good fix..:)
