Private messages for admin/coaches only?

i want to run a coaching community where those who upgraded to "VIP" can now get DM access to me for 1on1 text-message coaching lasting for 30 to 45 days. Is it possible to have a setting where no ones get to DM one another? They can join chat in the discussion board but no private DM.

The only time they can DM is if they upgraded their membership -- but they can only DM me, vice versa.

After which, they will automatically be downloaded to "normal" members.

Can this be achieve using memberpress or any membership type of plugin with fluentcommunity?
