It would be great to disable private messaging in general and also a way to prevent listing all members, respectively allowing to search for someone.
This could be abused to start spamming people.
For instance, I can hide the members' menu item, but I can't prevent searching for random people by just typing a letter.

Feature Request related to the User Profile and /Member route:
I fully agree with the prevent listing of all members. Members need to send chat requests to each other by looking at their 'confidential' profile (admin can setup the confidentiality or visibility criteria). Once the other member accepts the chat request, they can start the conversation. Also please include the ability to disconnect or block someone.
