We can use a regular html tags in the space description to display images, format text etc. Lots of possibilities. Maybe even Kadence Modals will work with this.

Accent colors can be the brand fCommunity color. The only one exception could be Red color for Deleting Spaces/Courses (negative actions) text and icons etc.

maybe we will need something like a breadcrumbs or Back button (History) which might be really useful especially when someone will click a link in a post to some other post - in this case it is really hard to go back to the previous post where the user has been. The same case is when user use SearchBox and click the results link then it is hard to go back etc.

It would be super awesome if a user could not access any Spaces and Members and Leaderboard but also submitt posts/comments if the User profile is not completed < 100% - let the Admin decide if he wants to enabled such a "force" approach. Maybe it is even good to automatically apply the verified badge if Profile complete = 100%

Cannot switch between Light and Dark Mode when the right popup window appears in some specific scenarios.

Example: Manage Courses > select Course > click Edit Course from the kebab menu (three dots) > type any word in the Description filed > click Save Changes button. Once this is completed and the right popup is closed then you cannot click the Light/Dark Mode switch. It was fixed for some scenarios but not for the above one.

For Course/Spaces Custom Links the shape color icons could be separate for Light and Dark mode.

Shapes vertical alignment with text is needed too.

I am not sure why some Shapes dissapears and what is the case scenario.

It would be good to see the kebab icon for Course so it can be Edited the same way as Spaces. Currently courses needs to be edited only from Manage Courses but not from the Top Header link: Courses. It might be confusing for a new Admins/Managers/Moderators. Kebab icon can be visible only to users with elevated access.

Maybe it the Manage Settings could have expand/collapse icon for Manage Settings instead of going to a new screen so the user is not being lost.

Custom badges are not displayed on the popop user profile card. Also I am not sure from where Join date is taken. Probably from WP-Admin but not from the date when the user Join in the Community - but when it was created in WP.

Maybe it would be a bit better to randomize Community User ID to prevent enumeration - JIC - I am not sure what can happen is someone (other than Admin but logged user) will try to automate the users list. It is just a suggestion since many Admins use external plugin for Wordpress to randomize WP User ID to prevent user enumeration.

Add a custom class field to Custom Links so we can use Modals (triggers) - for example with Kadance WP but also with Elementor (I guess).

Maybe Links could have visibility option: All, Logged Users, Admin Only.

Maybe we could have button: Add a Member also in the all Members area (Header Link Members) not only from Spaces. In this case user would be added without access to any Space but could see Public Spaces etc. Button can be visible only to users how can Add/Invite Users. fComm when Admin is changing the Community User Name and the Community Account Username field is empty then there is an error. Improve the error description or dont allow to click the button Update Profile or when userName is empty then it stays the same as it was + the current user name would be populated in that Community User Name field. Also Light button colors in Dark Mode can be unified with the fCommunity brand color if they need to be highlighted for some reason - unless they have different color for a reason.

z-index icons issue is not fixed in Mobile view for the Leaderboard icons set. When scrolled icons still are going above Home icon in Light/Dark mode.

Please fix the formatting for new Chat messages NUMBER (example below shows number: 2 next to the envelop icon)- on Mobile The text showing number of new messages is not formatted the same way as the number for new notifications (missing the RED background circle with the number).

Also the red indicator at the bottom (Mobile view) has eliptic shape not perfect circle. This was not fixed yet.

Not sure but maybe there could be also a ring tone enabled/disabled for Chats messages only so it is easy to spot it when working in other WP area like in fBoards.

Should we clean some how the notification list per user or it is a the same list (historical timeline) for all posts.

And for Public fCommunity can we limit the historical data to be previewed for non logged users to 1 month back or only last 12 months so they will be encouraged to register the community (if Admin specify what is the period for non logged users to preview posts/comments).

Also I believe that last 12 months period for Community with auto cleaning could be a nice feature at some point and the rest can be archive it by Admin if needed.

Pat Gostek, username is taken from the WP Core and for security reasons it shouldnt be available for easy change by end-users.

Please read comments in his post - maybe implementing UserNameAlias for fCommunity only would be better idea but UserName is also user in mentions so it is not easy solution I guess. But yes. There should be a way to change it but not to give users power to destroy the UserName management (especially when other plugins might be affected in a way where UserName will be changed without Admin notice etc. This also affect different platforms sync and when one platform will keep the old username then other platform (WP) could have a new WP-Admin user name (aka fCommunity UserName).

Paul Hopkins, when you have your Space or a Course Privacy set to Private then you can use FluentCRM integration to provide the access to that Private "Place" when someone will purchase a product etc. Unless you are looking for any tags then it is a Feature Request I guess.

bastien Sén, when a /slug is not provided in the Space Name then the slug name is "probably" taken from the Space Name automatically. In you case there was a special character in the Space Name and it was taken to the /slug name. Once the /slug name has a special character you wont be able to access that space (also you wont be albe to delete it).

I suggest to change the /slug name manually in the PHPMyAdmin (PMA)

Nelson Miller, please read the Starter Guide (you can change your /Slug if needed).

Please be informed that starting from v.1.0.62 there was a naming alignment and if you create/had a Space create in previous versions then currently you still might see some Community words.

You can change the Slug manually if needed in PHPMyAdmin or completed delete the plugin files and start from zero against.

If you see any Space name called Community or Menu item you can change it directly from fCommunity (Admin role).

Also you can read the Starter Guide if needed. You can Finder difference between Spaces, Groups and Community there.

Adam George, if you would like to add a new fCommunity user who is not visible in the Members are you need to follow the below steps but also you can have two case scenarios:

• The New user is already your WP-Admin user.

  In this case user can try to log in via domain.com/portal using his already existing credentials - once it is done, the Admin can Accept his request.

• The New user is not you WP-Admin user

  In this case the Admin/Manager/dedicated User can send an automatic email invitation to that user.

  Please read the Starter Guide post (point 5).
