Assign spaces with WordPress role

Hello, I have a project with Active Campaign, not FluentCRM, but we are using FluentCommunity, and we want to assign spaces acording to roles.

I have SureCart, FluentForms.

We were using memberpress, so I want to assign spaces to products, not all, on global options appear role to access global portal, not spaces individualluy.

Can you help me?

It's not possible without FluentCRM sorry! I hope one day it is, but I guess the Fluent team figured it was easier to connect to FluentCRM as it already had automations built in, rather than trying to rebuild them for FluentCommunity when they have other features to focus on. I also use a different CRM for my community, but I still installed the free FluentCRM plugin just for the community automation features like assigning users to certain spaces. I don't use any of the other FluentCRM features, and so far, it hasn't affected my actual CRM at all. This post has more information that might help you.

Stuart McKelvieΒ I feared it.

Thanks for your answer, how do you integrate things? I use thrivecart or surecart, but with ActiveCampagn, and I want to send, depending on the product, an access to each space.

Edmundo PΓ©rezΒ maybe someone else can provide a more detailed walkthrough of how to set everything up. I'm not selling products so haven't had to set up that specific use case myself. Here are a few things for you to look into though:
- You can sync WordPress roles with FluentCRM tags
- Then you can auto assign them to spaces based on their tags

Another option you might want to look into is space membership links.

Or you could use something like Flowmattic which is a paid plugin (extra expense) but can easily trigger numerous automations at once, including adding users to specific spaces.

I need the same functionality and I'm working on a plugin that does it. It has a settings page in WordPress admin to allow you to map roles to spaces. Let me know if you'd like to check it out. Most of the code came from ChatGPT along with my modifications to make it work with FluentCommunity.
