Adding members using flowmattic question

I'm trying to add to members spaces and courses using flowmattic. When I look at the workflow history, it says it was added correctly, but when I search for the community member, it doesn't show up. How can I fix this?
Also, I can access the spaces and courses through FluentCRM tags, but I can't access the spaces and courses by setting the tags. What am I doing wrong?
Have you connected the spaces to the Fluent CRM tags in the Fluent Community under Settings/Access Management?

yes, I've done with the setup in fleuntCRM.
Where is your webhook coming from? I think it's missing a 'create new user to Wordpress' action

This issue has been resolved. I realized too late that I had to create a user in WordPress first to join the community.
