As some of you know we're working on the FluentCommunity integration for FlowMattic, that will help you automate so many tasks in the community including adding new users to your spaces, verifying them, approving the members to every other thing happen in the community.

I just want to shout out to Nitin Yawalkar ...
I was looking at Flowmattic because of this and I thought I'd try out a couple of things I'm doing with Zapier and SureTriggers on their demo site.
Couldn't get something to work with an RSS feed, which does work with Zapier (but not ST) and I thought I'd just try my luck and fill in the contact form.
A few hours later, Nitin has replied, applied the fix to my demo site, and it all works.
And I'm not even a paying customer... YET!

Nitin Yawalkar sent you a support request. I'm getting a fatal error when I install the integration in Flowmattic and try to create a workflow and in the community when I do things like attempt to join a space.
Jeff Brigman Checking the ticket and will reply shortly. We're using the integration for ourself as well, so there must be some conflict with the setup or configuration. Can you please share more details in the support ticket, like what is the FluentCommunity version you're using and the error details, so it will help us debug and fix it if there's anything?
Nitin Yawalkar sent a reply. The issue is odd and happens only in the community itself when someone requests to join a space.
I enabled wp debug and it doesn’t show anything and the server logs only show the ram resource spiking instantly at the moment it happens.
I may restore a backup and redo the fluent community install because I’ve made a few tweaks last few days just to rule that out.
Nitin Yawalkar did a clean install on a new site different server, and had exact same issue.
Jeff Brigman Thanks for your patience, while we're trying to replicate and fix the issue. I have a good news as we just released an update to the integration with the fix for both the issues. There was a conflict with the user role and the user data fetching method, which was causing an infinite loop, and was only replicable when the user is not an admin.
Can you please update the integration by going to the Integrations page and see how it works? Let me know if you have any questions.

One question I do have, I'm trying to setup a workflow where if a member requests to join a private space that it auto approves. I've got it working, but I don't want it to approve every private space they request because I want some to be actually approved by the space admin.
Is there a way to set this up?
Jeff Brigman You can add a conditional filter before the approve step, so it will check for the space IDs that you don't want to auto approve.

Nitin Yawalkar is it possible for you to add further integration with this.
For example the ability to interact with badges. If a member get a specific badge they are automatically added to a space. Or if they are added as a moderator for a specific space, they get added to another space. Or if a member comments in a specific post, it triggers an action.
Also with the Managers setting, if a member is added as Moderator for the community they are automatically added to a space.
My thinking is that if I add I a moderator, to auto join them to a private Moderation Team space or if they are removed to auto remove them.
