Flowmattic Integration is coming soon!

Shahjahan Jewel Thanks a lot for the mention and giving us opportunity to do the integration with FluentCommunity. We are currently done with nearly 26 triggers and 14 actions as per the developer docs.

Everyone, please feel free to share your thoughts and what actions/triggers you would need, so I can check and get it done before the integration release ❤️

Paulo Beneton Yes, that's the plan and we will be using this integration ourself mostly. The major benefit would be in replacement for the Facebook groups as they discontinued the API, so FluentCommunity will help us deliver the updates with simple automation using FlowMattic 🥰

Nitin Yawalkar You don't have this app integrated yet, but would be great to have a FOMO notifications plugin integration - like NotificationsX by WPDeveloper team or WPFomify - to have notices when a user joins a community/group.

Alternatively, have a dynamic number of how many contacts have that tag (ie, in FluentCRM) to show the message "# people have joined xyz group" (ie, FluentCommunity group)

Chris Davis Thanks for your interest. FlowMattic is nearly 3 years old now with solid core than any other automation platforms or plugins :)

If you have already bought any other automation tools, they are most likely come with the "Task" limit. You can use FlowMattic to reduce the number of task consumption and avoid subscribing their monthly plan just to keep your workflows running :)

Nitin Yawalkar correct. I'm limited to tasks (which is not too bad as I don't use many for WordPress) but more importantly they limit functionality unless you pay for their highest plan (which isn't expensive but it's more of the principle).

Chris Davis The task limit is not the only benefit, but integrations with FlowMattic are deeper that helps you automate most of the app you're using. Take an example of the Google Sheet or Gmail etc. Talking about features, FlowMattic has the most advanced and powerful webhook module with webhook authentication, custom responses to redirect, you get everything. Trigger apps such as Email Parser ( its not just a parser ;) ), API Polling etc. helps you set some advanced workflows.

Also, not to miss, we are working on v5, which includes the most advanced workflow builder and a custom tables feature which will take your automations to the next level :)

Nitin Yawalkar sounds great and I love the depth of data access. Any plans to expand any CRM integrations like ActiveCampaign?

Chris Davis Yes, once v5 is out this month, we will start pushing new integrations, that includes the ActiveCampaign as well. So you can expect the integration either by end of December, or January.

Chris Davis Yes, also, we have the Custom App feature which will help to connect the API without the need of official integration :)

Nitin Yawalkar gave it a test run and it reminds me a lot of Pabbly interface wise. Adding connections isn't as easy or straightforward as SureTriggers or Uncanny Automator (which is my biggest gripe right now) and the list of integrations needs to expand to more tools I'm currently using. But I'm hopeful by the time my SureTriggers renews most will be addressed 🤞🏾

I think the reason you didn't find FlowMattic yet is due to our lack of marketing efforts as we're focused on making the core as solid as we can. Next phase is to market the product ;)
