Iβve been using Zoho apps extensively for almost 7 years, but as we migrate to the Fluent family of plugins, weβre noticing quite a few missing features and everyday conveniences that used to make our lives easier.
A mobile app is a must for us, as we interact a lot with our leads in different ways. For example, the ability to quickly create or update a lead/contact while my phone is ringing is extremely useful. The same goes for projects: being able to create, review, or update tasks on the go is very important.
Support is also something we often handle while away from the desk.
On top of that, a native app would allow us to use the full power of the phone: for example, to record a call with a lead and attach it directly to the CRM record, upload notes or voice memos immediately after the call, and then trigger automations such as generating a call summary, suggesting next actionable steps, or sending feedback and context to the Account Owner automatically.
Now, Iβm wondering if any of you also feel the need for a mobile app that allows you to manage your CRM, desk, and projects (boards) on the go.
Iβm not talking about a PWA, but a native mobile app.
If you feel this need as well, and there are no official plans from the developers, our agency is considering building such an app.
Real questions:
- Is this something that interests you?
- Would you pay for it?
Regarding the app itself: is branding important to you?
There are two possible approaches:
- A shared Android / iOS app where you simply enter your own domain in the app and connect that way, or
- You have your own branded apps (built by us or via a platform), which increases complexity but gives you full control over branding.
Iβd really like to hear your thoughts:
- Would you pay for a subscription? If yes, how much would seem reasonable?
- Would you prefer a one-time payment instead?
Looking forward to your feedback.
Is there a way to know products that are planned for release in 2026?
Hi Jewel and team, I'm currently working with a client to migrate all their individual tools, such as ActiveCampaign, Helpspace, Trello, and others, to set up the entire FluentTools ecosystem.
Her question was: Isn't it possible to create a kind of dashboard, integrating all the plugins, so you can easily see what actions need to be taken regarding the various pillar, the Support pillar, the Community pillar, the Cart pilla, so you really know what to do.
I could come up with a workaround using FluentBOARD, by placing those actions in a specific board for each service representative. But a nice dashboard would be desirable. Is this something that could be added to the roadmap? Or does anyone have a good idea how I could set this up?
Can someone Shahjahan JewelΒ tell me what my single site license covers regarding sub-domains? I setup a staging site at staging.mydomain.com, and my pro licenses for all my pro versions seem to be happily working. Is this allowed? At some point this could be considered abuse if someone decides to operate 1000 websites at their domain. I can't find the official license terms for this question.
Just recieved this message from what appears to be a Spam account. Not posts, no comments, and an external link to WhatsApp.
I'm sure I'm not the only one that received a DM.
The error in picture of the WP Manage Ninja login warning notification struck a cord with me. I was buying 9 of the plugins on an annual plan and was so excited about taking the next step in my startup journey that I typed the email wrong multiple times and the "Your trying too much, try again in 30 minutes" warning appeared.
This was apt, firstly, I'm doing a lot right now. The community is for a mobile app I'm launching that helps video game enthusiasts get better at video games while managing their lifestyle goals. Secondly, I've been doing the Wordpress thing for 2 decades as a contractor and started on my startup journey after learning React and getting my college degree in Human Computer Interaction at 38 years old.
I sometimes get the feeling I should slow down and not try too hard but I have a great routine that supports my products development:
Wake up at 4 am
drink a cup of coffee
read for an hour
go to the gym
another cup of coffee
work for 2 hours with the contractors overseas
content creation for an hour or two
OR
Break/Focus time where I strategize and review work/life balance
either go to my day part-time job as a traveling Sales Manager
OR
work the rest of the day on whatever the startup needs
Cool down period watching Disney+ or Hulu
or
Listening to podcasts
I've been doing this for the past 6 months and it's been keeping my work/life balance on point and avoiding getting burned out.
What's keeps your work/life balance on autopilot?
Friends, I'm asking for help from free developers. There is a payment system module for WooCommerce. I need to convert it to FluentCart. I'll pay for the job.
Please send me a message.

- Plugin repository on GitHub
I LOVE all of the plugins but, sometimes it's a LOT of trouble to style the front-end and override Fluent native CSS styling. It would be nice to have a way to change it to no/light CSS styling in all Fluent plugins.
Are there any payment plan options available (not PayPal) in general for Fluent Products? :(
It is kinda tricky styling Fluent Auth login and register screens as just using CSS does not work. With help from support I have received the needed code to get CSS styling to work. The CSS needs to be added into a PHP code snippet. Which I made with Fluent Snippets. Here is the tutorial.
