Custom Fluent + Twilio + Eleven Labs Connector / Dashboard
I have been playing with this idea of having a unified system within WordPress, utilizing the Fluent stack. I like unification and easy platforms, so I decided to make a thing.
I call it "Holy Connector" for now, which its main goal is to unify (in some sense) Fluent CRM, Fluent Bookings, Twilio, & Eleven Labs to create 1 unified system for an auto AI call agent, bookings through Fluent, tracked with FluentCRM, manageable and viewable in a unified dashboard.
Idea is simple:
Inbound Calls or Forms > AI Calls > Bookings and tracking with Fluent > Unified visibility > including Twilio SMS. (my brain ramble)
I know FluentCRM 3.0 is around the corner, but I figured it wouldn't hurt, and I wanted a solution now.
Let me know your thoughts! :) Is this something anyone would find value in?
holy cow! I have never had luck with setting up Twilio. and finally gave up, pretty unhappy. they started by telling me I had to give them something like $10 to get started, then another $20 to get verified, which didn't work. went and found other things to work on, until months later I got a notice saying my balance was low, like under $5 and I needed to give them more money. then it took me 30 minutes to figure out how to turn off whatever thing was billing me. I would love to find a tutorial how to set it up. I thought setting up Amazon SES seemed daunting, but that was a walk in the park compared to Twilio. I wish Fcrm was working on a universal sms gateway instead of Twilio.
JeffΒ I'll be honest, I am not well versed in Twilio at all.
Phone call setup was very easy, however I am still waiting on the text message compliance application approval.
I know the SMS functionality works though.
Still in proof of concept phase.
I definitely want this functionality. But I want it via a Fluent products integration with RingCentral, which has an AI Receptionist service.
