Help with subscription

I have a client with a smoothie shop. we loaded Paymattic on her site. she wants to offer some type of subscription and she does not know what to do and I dont know what to suggest!!! HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!

Hey William DicksonΒ Β I'm Nafi from Paymattic. Paymattic lets you accept subscription payments through Stripe, PayPal, Square, Moneris, and the Authorize(.)Net payment gateway.

Your client needs Paymattic Pro to accept subscription payments. You just need to add the subscription payment field, configure it, and you’re good to go.

Here's documentation on how to take subscription payment: https://paymattic.com/docs/how-to-add-susbcription-payment-item-fields-in-paymattic/

And this is how you can manage subscriptions: https://paymattic.com/docs/how-to-manage-subscriptions-in-wordpress-with-paymattic/

The UI in these documentations may look slightly different from the current interface, but the functionality is the same.

Let me know if you need anything else. Hope this helps.

Mahfuzur Rahman NafiΒ That is easy enough. she just doesn't know what to offer lol. that is the hard part....

is there a way for her to offer subscription and those who sign up get an automatic discount? how would she ensure that the customer is a member...

remember this is a physical health shop

William DicksonΒ I understand.

Right now, she can use coupons to apply discounts to subscriptions. You can find the coupon settings in the global settings area. Simply enable the coupon module from the settings, create custom coupons with coupon codes, and add a coupon field to the payment form.

You can disclose the coupon value with the HTML field right on the form.

πŸ“Œ Note: The discount coupon applies to the entire subscription period. Currently, there is no option to apply a discount only to the first billing cycle and charge the full amount from the second cycle onward.

Here's how you can enable coupons and use in your form: https://paymattic.com/docs/how-to-add-coupon-field-in-wordpress-with-paymattic/

About membership....

Paymattic provides a customer dashboard where users can view their payments and manage their subscriptions, if you enable this option. You can assign customers a custom role on your WordPress website. The dedicated user role for Paymattic is called β€œPaymattic User.” Customers can log in with their credentials and access only their own customer dashboard.

Here's how you can set a customer dashboard for your customers: https://paymattic.com/docs/how-to-add-user-dashboard-module-in-paymattic/

Hope it helps.
