When does this team sleep? But seriously, great job!
Wow...y'all are busy. Shahjahan JewelΒ will this latest version allow bookings that roll over into the next day (example: start at 11PM but last for 2 hours)? Thanks.
This is awesome. Cant wait for the fCart integration.
Its crazy how good you guys are in listening users.
Note: pro plugin should be updated once the free version update is completed otherwise there will be a critical error.
Great stuff Shahjahan JewelΒ - will there be an ability to create coupons with FluentCRM automations?
Man!
What a GREAT update!
- UTM tracking is something I asked for, and I'm happy that now is ON β
- I'm not planning to use coupons, but IT'S a GREAT feature!
I'll spend some time this evening to know what you did about triggers and webhooks (and if it's implemented what I asked for about an action for approving/rejecting meetings, because I want that task (qualifying leads) would be made by my "AI agent").
Thanks for your work Shahjahan Jewel and team!π
Jose Luis DuronΒ you deserve nothing less. Thank you so much for being one of our users.
YAY! I thought for sure we'd have to get Fluent Cart to get some of these features (don't worry, this gal is for sure getting Fluent Cart anyways).
love it!
Is it possible that a sold coupon code/voucher (via fluent form) is stored directly in Fluent Booking and can be redeemed directly?
please I have an issue Shahjahan Jewel, Fluent booking does not have woocommerce checkout integration but you guys said it does. it is only paypal and stripe but i don't have those options in my country.... so i need to connect the booking to paystack which i can connect to woocommerce.
Alexis IrohaΒ Hello, you need to go to calendars, payment settings, then select βuse Woocommerce checkout.β
Hi!
This have almost 3 years on Planned:
Service Based Booking Solution
Booking solutions for service-based businesses where you can setup agents / Manual Slots / Multiple Payment Items etc.
It should have super easy UX and UI.Β
Do you have an estimation to add this feature?
Hugo GuanipaΒ amen! Where did you find the roadmap?
Hugo GuanipaΒ yep, all "planned" since 2023 :D
I love FluentBooking and use it on several of my sites. Keep on innovating.
Damn, I'm still struggling so much with calendar connections. This thing is insane. The time slots won't open. Neither will the updates. My calendar is empty, and yet they don't offer the date. It's driving me crazy. The webhook documentation is also incredibly limited when it comes to understanding how to make it work with, for example, an SMS system. And Twilio costs $25/month for a number in my country!
Actually, it's the order of actions in FluentBooking that isn't optimized. Of course, once you understand it, it's simple, but still. The procedure isn't very intuitive. Example: and solution. If you have a 1.5-hour group appointment, and you set availability from 10 AM to 11 PM, for example, it uses the original appointment time slot. So, 10 AM, 11:30 AM... and if your group appointment is at 11 AM, for example, well, you won't be able to choose. You have to change the time slot. Put like that, it's easy for some, I'm sure. But we really struggled with this. Why not define the time slots directly in the availability settings? Visually, it's unmistakable. Availability from x to X. Time slot every Y. And there you have it. Well, once you understand the order of the steps, then it's fine. Don't forget to check the availability not in your shared calendar (Google, for example), but in the appointments booked in Fluentbooking. Otherwise, the availability disappears. The connection between Fluentbooking and the shared calendar isn't 100% bidirectional. If I cancel in my calendar, simply by deleting it, it doesn't cancel it in Fluentbooking. Easy to understand now, of course. But I didn't really grasp it at first.
Thank you for the update Shahjahan JewelΒ and team. Do you have an internal product roadmap that is different from the public roadmap on https://fluentbooking.com/roadmap/8/ as I didn't find the UTM feature on the public one and there are a lot of features on the public one that are in development since 2023? Would love to have more insight in your product roadmap
I had asked for this a while ago and you guys thought it was to create an easy implementation and I figured I would mention it again.
Ps: I couldn't love what you guys are making more
Michael HallΒ Noted. Thank you!
