FluentBooking 2.5.0: Reschedule from the admin, private notes and Fluent Forms mapping
FluentBooking 2.5.0 is live. This one grew out of your feedback, and it covers the small everyday things that were slowing you down.
What's new
- Private booking notes: Add notes to any booking. Only your team sees them, and they're kept apart from the activity timeline. They also sync to FluentCRM and work with the MCP tools.
- Reschedule from the admin. No more sending the attendee a link and waiting. Open the booking or the calendar, pick a new date and time slot, add a reason, and you're done. Timezone picker included.
- Fluent Forms field mapping. Map form fields straight to your event's booking questions. The attendee's answers fill in on their own.
- Landing pages from the share modal. Turn one on and copy the URL in one step.
- "Block attendee reschedule" is back for one-off single and group events.
- Retry button when locations fail to load, so you don't have to refresh the page.
Plus a bunch of smaller fixes across payments, calendar connections, FluentCart, and dark mode.

A BIG thank you Shahjahan JewelΒ and TEAM!!! π
That's EXACTLY what I asked for!!! β
Now I have the power!!! LOL
Now we can decide from the admin the date of rescheduling even beyond the availability!!! π
P.S. The notes and the block options are GREAT, too.
P. S. S. I already used the rescheduling option and works exactly as I dreamed!!! LOL
Great release, thank you Shahjahan JewelΒ and TEAM! π
Admin-side rescheduling is exactly what I've been waiting for. Until now every "can we move that?" phone call meant sending the attendee a link and waiting. Now it's a 10-second change, and the "ignore availability" option makes it complete for me: I can put a client into a slot that isn't publicly available, or onto a day I've blocked in my connected Google Calendar.
One wish for a future version: when I tick "ignore availability", it would be ideal to still see what's already in my calendar for that day, ideally the events from the connected Google Calendar as well, not just the FluentBooking ones. Right now I'm booking "blind" and have to open Google Calendar in a second tab to make sure I don't double-book myself. A small day view next to the time picker would solve that.
Rudolf AdlmanningerΒ Got your point, we will have a look into it. Thank you π
Rudolf AdlmanningerΒ Agreed!
Excellent. Before I try it I guessthat with the field mapping to FF you don't delete the questions that I set before in the FB questions. Right?
Oscar ContrerasΒ Right
Happy that the rescheduling is now in the admin world, that was a suggestion I have had for some time.
Another suggestion I've had is that NO SHOW should be a real situation and not hidden behind completed. Either the booking is completed OR it's a NO SHOW. It would make my integration with fluent CRM much easier.
Jonas HΓΆglundΒ Noted, weβll look into this matter. Thank you
